Worth the price This was a great house. The best we’ve stayed in the 6 years we have been going to the outer banks. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for our family of 15 with room to spare. The movie room was fantastic and loved by all. The elevator was used often with our age and an elderly dog we were in need of that. The decks were very large and nice with the loungers and deck chairs. The only problem we really had was with the path to the beach. For older or handicapped people it is a very steep dune to navigate. Even the younger adults had a calf and leg workout. Not much you can do I’m sure but just FYI. This is definitely a house we would recommend and reconsider renting in the future with a large group or family.

Superb Family Vacation! Plenty of space for everyone to eat at once, wonderful video room for kids electronic gaming and space elsewhere for games of all kinds. Couldn't have asked for better views and location right on the beach!

Great house for multi-generation family vacation This was a great vacation home for our 13 adults and 3 toddlers! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and shared living spaces on all three floors allowed space to be together in large and small groups. The theater was a bonus, and was used for gaming and watching movies throughout the week. Pool table and shuffle board was also lots of fun. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc., and the two tables provided space for everyone to eat together. Access to the beach was easy, and with beach entry directly from the house, we could leave beach chairs, surf boards, etc. on the walkway when not in use at the beach. The house was as kid-friendly as possible, including the high chair, pack-n-plays and baby gate. Gates to pool were very secure. We would highly recommend this house!

Wonderful Vacation Although the house had storm damage from the previous week, the property manager made sure that almost everything was fixed in a timely manner and we were able to enjoy our weeks vacation. This is our favorite house and it works well for our family. With a family members disability, the elevator is wonderful!! We look forward to staying at Mari-Time many more year to come!! Very Good Great ocean views, easy beach access and well maintained vacation home. We had a great time. There was ample space for everyone! Two kitchens worked out great and lots of lounging space gave everyone their own space to relax. My only cons would be parking (having more than a few vehicles was a challenge with the layout of the driveway) and the shuffleboard table surface was damaged which made it hard to play shuffleboard.

A dreamland of sunny relaxation We just loved the space of the home and all of the amenities! Also loved being ocean front!

Wonderful Family Vacation Our family and friends enjoyed everything about this beautiful home. We had such great views. It was a great location. The kitchen was totally stocked with every utensil and any other item used for preparing meals. The layout was perfect for the different age groups...it was just a wonderful experience for us all. Thanks for making it so comfortable for us!

Very Good Wonderful property. So much to do inside and out! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the front decks and the back decks. Perfect for large groups! We all had an amazing week at the beach!!!

Best vacation yet This was a new house and new realty company for us...and we were thrilled! We come to Nags Head annually and we found out a month before that our regular house would not be available...Resort Realty saved the vaca! From the initial phone call a month earlier to the phone call at the end, everyone was so helpful and pleasant. The house was amazing and everything we needed! This was the first year we came to NH that the pool was heated upon arrival. We pay for it every year and with our old company, we couldn't use it until Monday. The kids jumped right in on day 1. Thank you! Can't wait for next year!

Oceanfront Fun Family & Friends loves to get together every year around this time to enjoy each other company. Last year we vacation at Avon NC beach resort and didn’t think nothing could beat our wonderful experience…until now. First I like the say the layout with the furnishings was well thought of to perfection. With the 3 level home w elevator access, pool table, shuffle board and theater room was great. The view was amazing and of course we spent most of our time on the third level. The only issues was small and minor(cleaning & maintenance matters) but besides that we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you 🙏

Maritime memories We want to thank you for the memories we created at Maritime. That place was our home away from home MANY years at New Years spent with precious family and friends. Sadly this will be our last year. Both Bill and Sharon Faville passed away and as her sister I am unable to enjoy the home without them.

Amazing location and Amazing views This house has plenty of room. Bedrooms are huge. The location is perfect in quiet South Nags Head and less than a mile from Fishheads. The views are incredible. Mari-time has everything you could want in a beach house.

this house was everything they claim it to be !!! I would be very happy to rent this house again !!! It was comfortable, well stocked and the furniture on the decks were excellent !!! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing vacation !!!

Great Place to Stay What an amazing house to stay in during our vacation. Unfortunately the weather was not the best during our vacation, but with easy accessibility to the beach, we was able to take full advantage of what good weather we did receive. The house offered some much for our family to do while the rain was falling. The kids really enjoyed the theater room. The adults were always busy playing billiards, shuffleboard, and cards. The views are spectacular and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend Mari-Time!!

Awesome Stay!! Maritime had everything my family needed! We had such a good time! The heated pool made for great night time swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed! We cooked some wonderful meals. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Mari-Time is a wonderful, warm and welcoming house that we have rented for at least 10 years for summer vacation and New Years. We love the location and all the amenities. The views are breathe taking. All the new upgrades make this house the #1 place to stay for our family. Only drawback was changing one of the master rooms in to bunked bed haven.. Since we have mostly adults that was a bummer. Other then at...10 + stars for this wonderful house. See you at Bew Years and next summer.

Great stay for large family at Thanksgiving This house is one of the best equipped homes that we have ever rented. The kitchens (2) were not only equipped with multiple coffee makers, but a Kitchen Aid, Ninja Blender, plenty of cocktail glasses, dishes, and pots/pans. Especially appreciated for large meal prep. The media room and extra reading and game spaces were great. Each BR has a private bath with a TV. The house was clean and well-maintained. The elevator is great for bringing groceries and luggage to the top floor. Double washers/dryers for our large group also a plus. We would definitely consider this home for a future stay.
