Home Away From Home We love this rental; we have rented it same week every year since 2017. We are hoping for another 10 years. Always clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the new dishwasher this year. Hot tub and pool always clean.

SPF 19 vacation Had a great time! House is clean, pool is well maintained. Perfect location on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 13. WIFI only went out once for a couple of hours but otherwise no issues! Recommend highly!

Very Good The home was very clean when we arrived! Looked just like the photos and the view of the ocean was amazing! The only negative we have was the pool being filled with sand but when there is a storm that is not anyones fault so we understood and still had an amazing time! Would 100% stay there again! Thank you!

Very Good Was a great to be back in North Carolina.Beautiful sunrises in the morning.Amazing beach access.The swimming pool was amazing.The kids really love.The pool great friendly place for your pet.The pool area is all gated in and it was so nice cause he could exercise and be outside the kitchen area was stocked so well. Anything you needed for cooking was right there at your finger tips just overall a 100% fantastic place and I&#39;ve already booked for next Labor Day. Thank you for sharing your home.

Everything was great! We have been coming to OBX for close to 20 years as a family, many of those years staying with Resort Realty in Nags Head! We always enjoy our time as a family in our happy place!

Great for multiple families with dog SPF-19 was great for our group of 6 adults, 8 children, and a dog. The day-bed room on the top floor served well as an 8th bedroom. SPF-19 is not the biggest or most luxurious oceanfront house, but that makes it more affordable than the mega-mansions. The decor is perfectly nice and the kitchen is well-stocked. (FYI there is both a Keurig coffeemaker and a regular electric drip one.) We used the pool, hot tub, and gas grill and they all worked well. Note that there are steep stairs to get up from the pool level and over the dune to the beach. One of our grandsons uses a wheelchair and had to be carried up the stairs to the beach -- the stairs were not a surprise nor a dealbreaker, we knew that from the photos -- just alerting others who might have mobility issues. We would book this house again!

Beach vacation Resort Realty staff were outstanding. We had some minor issues that were addressed rapidly by professional contractors. We were extremely happy with the staff answering the calls and even responding to calls after hours within 30 minutes.

Excellent Beach House is Clean and very functional. Highlights are the kitchen and food prep counter that faces the large dining table allowing the cook(s) to interact with the rest of the family while preparing meals. Large number of bedrooms allow flexibility with accommodations. Maintenance responded promptly and repaired the AC when one of the AC units had an issue. Pool was clean and access to Beach was easy.

3rd Year and Coming back in 2024! This house is perfect for us! It had an AMAZING view, perfect location on the beach with very few people around us, and has everything in it we need!

Wonderful view Beautiful house, beautiful ocean view, took my whole family and we had a wonderful time just sitting on the deck listening to the ocean and the house is just right for 13 quests.

Amazing!! We had an amazing time! We were pleasantly surprised at the room layouts and the amount of bathrooms. As well as the supply of cooking supplies. We would definitely book again! Thank you for having the pool open! The kids were so happy!

Great Location We love SPF19, it is a very spacious home in a great location. The kitchen is very well furnished.

Great Stay! Loved the house! I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked. Baby items in the closet if needed. Clean and comfortable beds. My only caution is the step down from the dune to the beach is steep. If someone is unstable on their feet, it will be hard to get up to the house.

Great location and home! The house is in a great location, perfect for those that like to hang out on the beach and perfect for those that like to shop and explore. The home has two bedrooms that are ocean side (queen bedroom with private bath and queen bedroom with jack/jill bath with the twin room). The rest face the front of the home. There is a small bedroom on the top level that has just a day bed. We were excited to find a full size refrigerator on the first floor, perfect to hold all of our drinks during our stay. The pool and hot tub were really enjoyable. The home was well stocked with kitchen accessories. You can't beat how close it is to the ocean and having your own access to the beach is amazing! My only suggestion would be it would be nice to remove the old carpet and replace with hardwood. We would stay again!

Hope to return! This house was everything we could have wanted!! Great location with most everything we needed in a beach house. Will be booking again for next year!

Wonderful House We loved the house. Very spacious and well organized. Great view. Also well stocked with kitchen essentials. They have thought of everything. We will definitely come back, hopefully soon and they take dogs.

Love this house!! This is the second year in a row we rented this house. We love how everyone has plenty of room because of the lay out of the house. Plus, the location is easy walking distance to Fish Heads. We will definately rent again!

Very Good Great property. Only recommend higher deck chairs and small tables. Deck chairs seat you right at the rail blocking view of beach and ocean! Still a great property overall.
