Endless Vista This place is super well equipped, super well maintained. The high chairs on the covered ocean-side deck give panoramic views of the surf and beyond. Very clean, plenty of parking. Highly recommended. NOTE TO OWNERS: Both refrigerator filters are shot, and the tap water taste shows it! It needs a dozen more forks, 2 dozen teaspoons, a dozen steak knives! The cutlery was sharp, but I could not find a knife sharpener. I visited with a broken leg- Please pave the side of the house so that a wheelchair can get back to the rear (pool) door and only have to go up 10 steps to get to the elevator level, as opposed to 18 up and 10 down at the front door. Ceiling fans on the third level deck would be the bomb! Thanks for a great house!

Family Vacation 2026 Family vacation at 1 Perfect Vacation was just that. Terrific house with a lot of amenities. Great location, private pool, elevator and the best game room and movie room we’ve ever had at an OBX house. Lots of steps so the elevator was golden for us older adults. With good I always have a few comments on what could make it even better. First, more silver ware and another coffee maker for larger groups. Secondly, and this should be addressed is to get sheets that fit King sized beds. They were definitely a hindrance. Over all a wonderful home that we wouldn’t hesitate in renting again! Love OBX, been going down since 1960 when I was a little one now I get to take my grandchildren!

Perfect Vacation This house had everything! Our children especially enjoyed the heated pool and game rooms. All of the beds and showers were immaculate, the house was pristine when we arrived. Our family cooked several meals in the house during our stay and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans and bakeware. We have everything we needed. It was wonderful to be so close to the ocean, the views from the kitchen were just gorgeous. We watched the sunrise on the top deck everyday.

Lovely ocean front home , very clean, kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Beach access easy. Family loved the theater and gaming options when the weather was not so good. Would definitely stay again !

The property was A lovely place to stay with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and game room and great beach access and private pool. We will be returning next year.

exceeded expectations! We have rented from several other companies and we were starting to think all of the big ocean front houses were run down and never cleaned well. This property completely changed that! Every part of the house was in great working order and the property has been well maintained! The house was available for check in a little early and it exceeded expectations in regard to cleanliness! Will definitely rebook!

Perfect location This location was convenient to the beach, shops, groceries, restaurants, the pier etc. Our stay was perfect! All the amenities like beds made and towels available for the week as well as a kitchen stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed for our stay. Although some larger baking sheets wound larger skillets would be good due to the size of our group. But the house was A+++. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property

Very Good Great House and view!

Perfect Vacation Great house for the most part. Rooms and bathrooms were smaller but tons of them so that’s kinda what you get in a 10 bedroom place. Game rooms/theatre room was awesome as was living room and pool area. Went in the spring so weather can be iffy and wind can howl, pool area provided protection and warmth of sun was out due to its spot between dune and home. Location of home was awesome. Couple of hiccups when we arrived, no clear directions on what tvs were on a cable box, how to operate the remotes as there were several laying there and what tvs were streaming only. Game room was neat but sandy on floor and counter. To be expected I guess w the season and wind but I wasn’t able to get in until after 4:30 so I’d hopes cleaning was more thorough. No deal breaker at all. Love OBX and been several times, I’d likely stay here again if it fit group size.

Spring Break 2024 The house is the best equipped vacation home we have ever stayed in and the basement game room was wonderful!

Almost Perfect This house was almost perfect. The bedrooms are on the smaller side but was not a problem. The game room area was outstanding. The covered top deck kept the house cooler but was also a blessing when it rained as we could still be outdoors on all decks and they stayed dried. What would have made the house perfect would have been an enclosed outdoor shower. Other than that some more mixing / serving bowls in kitchen would be good. Overall we loved this house.

Great House for large groups. The house was perfect for our fishing trip with 12 guys. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and space in the kitchen for a few people to be working together on dinner. Easy private beach access.

Very good We've rented the house two years in a row now. The game room .pool and hot tub gave my grandchildren plenty of things to do. The house is listed as having an elevator. The only problem I have with that is you have to climb 18+ steps before you can access the elevator. Someone with a disability would have a problem with this. The location is great and I would definitely rent it again.

AMAZING VACTION We rented 5814 - 1 Perfect Vacation for our spring break week and it was PERFECT!!! We had 3 families (8 adults and 10 kids) all stay in the house with TONS of room for everyone. The open space upstairs was great for everyone and the double everything kitchen worked amazing for all the cooking we did. The kids owned the 1st floor with all the games (minus the arcade games which the dad's could not get enough of) and the heated pool! There is lots of parking for multiple vehicles and space enough for our crew. We cannot wait to rent again!

A Perfect Vacation Resort Realty was wonderful to work with, and their staff is exceptional! We were advised on the day we were traveling that the elevator in our rental had broken and we could either keep it or switch with one that had a working elevator. My husband is a handicapped Vet who uses leg braces and canes & my brother-in-law cannot manage stairs, so we had to have an elevator. Fortunately, we were able to find the same size & amenities of our search criteria (baths in bedrooms, pool, hot tub, beachfront, elevator) in Perfect Vacation but compromised on the entry having to climb 18 steps to enter the home. Perfect Vacation is a lovely, beautifully new, rental with many comforts. We loved the enSuite Bedrooms with TVs; the huge game room with TV, theatre room & Kitchenette in lower level; deck access on all levels; the computer table in the Great Room; and very thoughtfully equipped Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 2 dishwashers, and huge pantry! It is a very comfortable and excellent property to rent and enjoy with fantastic views! Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Great Home / Great Location Home had everything you needed for a large family gathering. Great location, short walk to the pier and Fish Head Restaurant. Short drive to the Hatteras 4x4 beaches and shopping.

Perfect Place This was really the perfect vacation. We had 15 people in the house, and had plenty of room. The outside pool area was really perfect. The downstairs game room will not disappoint. The views from Level 1 and Level 2 are amazing. One word of caution: there are A LOT of steps. Come prepared. First morning I was sore as heck; by third day I was running up and down the stairs easily.

Truly One Perfect Vacation This house is so amazing we have already booked it for next year! I and my entire family have been vacationing in OBX since the mid-eighties and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The amenities and layout of the living space are very well planned. There are literally two of every major appliance...AMAZING! The outdoor furniture is spectacular with room for everyone to be together under the fabulous covered deck. 5 stars & 2 thumbs up!

Great Home! This was our 7th time down to OBX and this was our third house. We loved the location, right on the beach. It was great to be able to see our kids playing at the beACH right from the balconies (our kids are older...). The house was great, bedrooms were well appointed. Games room was a great spot in the evenings and the kids loved the theater. I would say that the kitchen could use additional items, some more cutting boards would be useful. Pool and hottub were also great. The pool is shaded in the afternoon which wasn't great. All in all, we had an enjoyable vacation.

Incredible Vacation Elyse found us a beautiful alternative location when the house we booked was not ready. A great family reunion with lots to see in the area, right on the ocean, plenty of room and great food. The house was spacious for the 12 of us and we enjoyed the game & theater room, beach, pool and dining together. A truly memorable time!

Very Good We enjoyed our stay . My kids and grandkids liked having the game room and theater especially the day it rained. I would definitely do it again....

1 Perfect Vacation The name says it all. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. Lots of space to spread out. Lots of games and entertainment. Exactly what we needed.

1 Perfect Vacation in OBX Fall 2021 This brand new home is spectacular. The views of the ocean were absolutely amazing, the kitchen is fully stocked and the amenities are endless. Our one and ONLY complaint is the elevator does not get you from the very bottom of the home. YOu have to walk up approximately 23 stairs, several from the driveway to the top of the front porch, and then an additional few from the stoop to the "bottom floor" to get into it. This was definitly a challenge for one of our guests.

Great Place! 1 perfect vacation was exactly that! We booked the house before it was even built so we really didn’t know what we were getting into. Upon arrival we were not disappointed! There were actually 10 bedrooms - 9 with kings and 1- bunk bed room. This was great so no adults actually had to utilize the bunk bed rooms. The game room and theater were perfect for entertaining. Going in September we did find the pool to be cold, so a heater would have helped since the pool was In The shade most of the day. We also did not find a mop/swiffer or a vacuum in the house. Typically we need to tidy up through the week so that made it a little difficult to do so. Overall we would certainly rent this house again. Double refrigerators upstairs plus a bonus one downstairs for our beverages was great! We will be back to visit again!

Charming home We loved our stay at this home. Although the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils we managed to get the job done with what we had. If we rent again would definitely bring a few sharp knives. The layout of the home was wonderful. Couldn’t beat the ocean or sound views. Would definitely come back to this house.

Perfect Vacation Very clean and terrific location! Needs more outdoor seating on the various decks and more cooking items. We went and purchased several pots/pans and utensils because there weren’t much. But again, it was very clean and best location!!

Breathtaking View We had a wonderful time making family memories. The beach access was perfect and the view from the porch was breathtaking. Looking forward to coming back next year to this house.

Excellent Really liked the house being so close to the beach and the privacy. The beach area was great and the family had lots of fun.
