Very Good We enjoyed the house. Very well stocked, except for pots and pans and skillets.

Spotless Clean Home Our stay was awesome! Clean home. No insects of any kind with the exception of a house fly lol. Only thing that was negative was the King beds were not comfortable at all. The 3 blue LR Couches were more comfortable than the King beds. As for the outside shower; def needs some TLC. Everything else was just perfect with this rental. Easy private beach access no roads to cross and very quiet area of So. Nags Head We would stay again but avoid the sleeping on those King bed’s.

beach trip 2025 The house was in a very nice location and had plenty of room for our family. The only dislikes were the laundry unit was outside the house. The only thing missing was a ocean view.

Family Vacay 2024 Overall our stay, was indeed, very good. Everything was ready for us and all employees who helped us were fantastic. The one thing for improvement would be to upgrade the appliances and cooking items.

The Perfect Spot This house was everything we could hope for. Although a pet-friendly rental, you would never know it. The house and yard were clean as can be. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The beach was well kept and not crowded. It is an added plus to be able to walk the beach to the pier and indulge safely at Fish Heads Bar & Grill. We would certainly stay here again and again. The only suggestion we have is to replace the trash and recycle bins in the house with ones that have lids to keep pups and kiddos out of them. The only (small) negative aspect of the house was that we couldn't figure out the right-side double bedroom's TV, but the baby stayed in there, so it didn't TRULY affect our stay at all. We also didn't bother to call the management company to inquire about this, so it could just be user error! Resort Realty has impeccable communication, answering every email and phone call quickly. All of the staff I communicated with were beyond friendly and thoroughly answered any and all questions I had. 5 star rating all around!

Great Family-sized House Great house for my family and two dogs. We’ve been renting in this vicinity my whole life, so I’ve seen a lot of rental homes. Things that stuck out about this house to me: 1. There were brooms, dusters, floor cleaners, and vacuums readily available. As someone who believes in leaving things better than I found them, this make it VERY easy for me to tidy up. 2. The beds were comfortable. Some were soft, some were firm, but we all found what worked best for us. 3. The locking screened porch was great for enjoying the outdoors while allowing my dogs to roam around without fear of escape. 4. The laundry room was air conditioned! Yes, this stuck out to me as many underside rooms are stuffy and damp. Overall a great home and assuming we don’t need more space next year, we’ll be back!!!

Fit our needs nicely! The cottage worked very well for out needs. Love the outside shower, it was the right size and used more than the indoor showers. There were 7 adults and 1 child so we used all the spaces available and the living room had plenty of furniture(and comfortable)so we could all be together. Other than the distance to the beach this house is great. The distance is not too far I'm just spoiled and like to be right on the beach.

Summer Fun Perfectly located close to beach and crowds were small. Ideal setup for a medium size dog. Inside was a little dated but very functional. Relatively quiet neighborhood. It was a good match for our family and pet.

Very Good Casa Del Sol is a nice little place. It could use some updating, but it was clean and everything worked well. We had 10 people plus our dog and everything went well. It's close to the beach, and the beach in this area was never over crowded. You could hear live music at night from the pier. Also close to Nags Head restaurants and activities.
