Good view and nice kitchen The home is nice but some parts are definitely older. The newer kitchen has good space and the master bedroom has enough space as well. The lower bedrooms are smaller but usable. Parking wasnt the greatest and more than 2 vehicles is tight. We had to maneuver our way backing around the neighbors parking area as the entrance is too tight to back the whole way in from the main road. Beach access is good and all appliances worked fine. Could use a larger tv in the living room as the one there was small for the space.

Great location with plenty of open space on the beach. Option for early entry was well worth the small extra fee. Resort Realty was very responsive to our questions.

Emerald is a Gem This house was clean and in a good location in S Nags Head. It has a blender. The pics online could use some updating. There is a huge dune btwn the house and ocean. You can’t see the beach and the steps to the beach from the boardwalk are completely covered. There is a steep slope to the beach. This wasn’t a big deal for the younger people in the house but was for my 91 yr old mil. The roadwork blocking the driveway ballooned from a 1/2 day project to a day and 1/2 project. The kitchen cabinet doors could use some attention. Overall we had a great stay!

First time renting this cottage Dealing with Resort Realty was a very positive experience and any questions we had were handled with promptness and friendly service. We would definitely rent from Resort Realty again.

Relaxing OBX vacation My family and I had a wonderful time. The home offers great views with plenty of space for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 11. Close to shopping and piers. Fish head pier is only a short 15 min walk on the beach or 3 min drive. We absolutely loved staying at this home would book again in the future.

Perfect location This house was the perfect size and location for us. Access to the beach couldn't be better. The house is a little dated, but that was part of its charm. The floor plan of the living area was perfect with a large island and a dining and puzzle table. Kitchen was a little disorganized which I'm sure comes from having multiple families using it, but it had everything necessary for cooking. We enjoyed the quiet of South Nags Head.

Loved Emerald, a perfect Beach House House was everything that it promised to be. It was very comfortably furnished, and well-stocked with kitchen utensils. The house was spotlessly clean. The views from the decks were awesome. We spent long hours (admitted wrapped in blankets due to the below average temperatures?) just lounging and talking on the decks. We even made a point of getting up early to enjoy the sunrises!

Excellent aug Awesome house. just as described in listing. Everything you needed and more. Feet from a wonderful beach, loved the sand bag stairs down to the beach! Would definitely visit there again.

Very nice comfortable beach house Our family very much enjoyed our stay and our next trip to OBX we would consider this property again as a front runner.

Excellent The Emerald was a wonderful oceanfront property. We have been vacationing on the Outer Banks for 30 years and this was the best property we have stayed at. The staff at Resort Realty were awesome. We will definitely stay at the Emerald again and use Resort Realty.

Oceanfront dream Amazing stay at OBX! Great house with private beach access. Wonderful cottage for a family! Beautiful deck and lots of seating for dining! We could walk to Fishheads Bar and grill. Convenient location! I would definitely rent this house again!

Emerald We truly loved this home; even during the almost hurricane there were no problems. the only thing that could make this house better would be the addition of a pool.

Excellent After starting our vacation in a home (from another company) that was in need of work, the ladies at Resort Realty came to our rescue! They quickly found us a great replacement home. Kay and Shannon were amazing to work with. They jumped in and fixed a problem for us that was not theirs to fix. They did such a great job that we will be forever customers and friends. Excellent Loved the house and location and views

Emerald This house was by far the best ocean front home we have rented. The appliances were new, the furniture was clean and the beach access was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities we could have asked for. It made for an amazing stay at our favorite place-OBX!

Emerald is exactly that Emerald was exactly what we needed. Oceanfront with private walkway, recent renovations, extremely clean and comfortable. We will be back next year.
