Almost perfect We loved the set up the house. The bedrooms, bathrooms were great as most of our family had their own private bathroom. The extra living spaces and game rooms were fantastic! The lack of sufficient air conditioning to cool the top level was uncomfortable and temperatures reached 82 degrees but late afternoon. The other main problem is the walkway to the beach. The sand hill to climb to get to the beach from the house is steep. Some steps and a small walkway would be a great addition!
