The rose cottage
We have stayed at the rose cottage for 4 years now. It is close enough to walk to things and we are able to drive to the 4x4 beach. The house was super clean when we arrived. We loved the little welcome packet from resort realty which was new this year. We also appreciated the nice Weber grill this year !!! Our only complaint would be the flooring is coming up in spots on the main living area and the nails that it has been hammered down catches your feet on the floor and hurts. Some nails are sticking up in places. We enjoy the trundle bed upstairs for our children as well. Otherwise we have already booked for next year and are happy to return. Resort realty is very easy to deal with and always checks in. If your looking for a house that’s in close proximity and has the basics this is it.

Great value beach cottage. Well stocked kitchen. The AC worked well during a hot week. The mattresses could all be updated, they weren't very comfortable.
Rose cottage
This has been our 3rd year renting the rose cottage. Everything was very clean and ready upon arrival. We did have to call maintenance about the fridge but it was immediately addressed and taken care of. Already booked again for our stay next year. Close to 4x4 beach and other places around town.
Rose cottage
We enjoyed our stay at rose cottage. It had everything you needed. We did make meals in the home frequently and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. The house was pretty clean upon arrival with everything in working condition. The house is in a nice location to walk to shops and such. It is a short walk to the beach. We used the 4x4 beach because we have small children and it was under a 10 min drive. I appreciated the toddler and baby seats for the children for eating at the kitchen table. Outdoor shower was large and spacious. House is a little dated but was what we needed for the week. I would stay again.

Rose cottage was a good location. We had a great time close to all attractions and restaurants. The cottage was great. Very affordable for time of year.

Adorable Rose Cottage!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Rose cottage. It was adorable and in a great location. We hope to stay there again soon!
