Green Heron and Resort Realty We have been coming to OBX for over 10 years and this is the first time we have rented a house through Resort Realty. We will never use anyone else again! Excellent communication and customer service from day one (and by day one I mean the day we reserved the house). Everything was perfect and it just made all the difference knowing any issue we had would be immediately addressed. Keep up the great work!
GREAT STAY BUT THE HOUSE NEEDS SOME TLC WE HAD A GREAT STAY AT THE HOUSE. SUPER EASY WALK TO THE BEACH. POOL WAS CLEAN AND WARM. THE HOUSE IS GETTING DATED AND COULD USE SOME NEW FURNITURE AND CHAIRS. THE POOL TABLE STICKS WERE BROKEN. TV'S ARE ON THE SMALLER END OF TODAY'S LARGER TV'S ICE MACHINE TOOK A LONG TIME TO MAKE ICE.<br /> LOVED THE LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE AND LARGER PARKING SPACES.
It was very clean, we loved the location and layout of the house. It was better than we expected!
Pictures were deceiving We could not believe how big and beautiful this place was when we arrived. There was so much room for everyone in our group, it never felt overcrowded. The beach access was perfect as well. With us being a little further back than some other houses we were nervous, but it is literally right there. You can sit and relax on the 3rd floor and just watch the ocean. I would definitely come back to this house.
Beautiful Home This was a perfect fit for our family/friends. 15 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space, bedrooms/bathrooms for us. Private deck to the beach was perfect. The pool and hot tub are always a plus. There were some repairs that need to be addressed and we notified the company of them. They immediately responded and said they will take care of it and appreciated our feedback. Air conditioning was FANTASTIC! All three floors stayed very cool and comfortable! We would definitely go back there.
My granddaughter enjoyed the beach! Myself and 20 of my family and friends had a fabulous time! We couldn't get over how clean the rental was.
Green Herin This is a great house that accommodates a large group very comfortably. It’s a great location, close to beautiful birding places, groceries, and walking.
Company Fishing Trip House was as advertised. Good location. Plenty of room.

Love this house We have been vacationing in OBX for 24 years. From Walehead to South Nags Head. This was our favorite house. It had everything for multiple families.

Fabulous house for our Christmas family gathering! The hot tub was on and & we chatted with the friendly maintenance man who was checking to make sure it was in top performance for our week. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers on the kitchen level were especially appreciated as not all big houses offer this! The bedrooms were spacious. The 3 tables in the living/dining area allowed us to to do puzzles, play games, and dine in comfort! We enjoyed our week stay at the Green Heron and applaud the owner and rental company for making our time in Nags Head so enjoyable!
Perfect Vacation This home is perfect for a large families vacation. Floor plan gives everyone space to relax and also have privacy.
Green Heron review Our family loved our stay at Green Heron 5765. The are plenty of rooms, plenty of living room space and plenty of items to keep everyone happy and busy with the beach, pool pool tables and stuff all right there. When we got to Green Heron it was clean, we liked the packaged linens and towels and we could get right to vacation. One thing some could see is a drawback was the dsl wifi was slow, we didn't mind and the kids didn't mind, it is about the beach after all, not work and phones. Overall we loved our stay at Green Heron!!
Green Heron Perfect house for our large family. Plenty of room for all to feel comfortable. Pool was perfect and access to beach was great with the new deck and walkway.
Reservation #405461 Our family has been vacationing in the Outer Banks since 2007. Our house of choice is always Green Heron. It is the only home large enough to house our families and is reasonably priced. Due to not booking soon enough, we have had to stay in Virginia Beach once and further south on Oregon Inlet Road. Both times we missed Green Heron. Looking forward to many more vacations there.
