Very Good This is a beautiful home and accommodates my family of 16 beautifully. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house has so many things to occupy children. The pool, pool table and especially the theater room are great for younger children. The only minus is the slope getting up and down to the beach. Otherwise it’s perfect!!
Very Good We love this home and all it has to offer with plentiful kitchen appliances, nice bathrooms, and spacious areas for all to enjoy. The only negative not identifying a concern with our pool (we paid for heated) after multiple calls. This is on the pool maintenance company and not Resort Realty. Disappointed that it was alleged the heater was on, when both houses next to ours (families swam all week) Finally on Tuesday morning someone came out and said it was on and it had to do with the outside temperature and wind (Temps did not dip below 60). Then I was told it was because they had to backwash the pool. We were not able to be in the pool from Saturday-Tuesday because of the pool temperature. Ironically, by Wednesday morning we had a very warm pool that could not have heated that quickly with the outside temp being only 75. No offer of reimbursement 1/2 week of our cost for the pool. That's my only complaint and I feel that the pool maintenance was the cause of this issue and misled the realty company. That said, we would rent this home again as it has all of our needs and is very nicely kept!!!!
Great family vacation rental Awesome property with plenty of amenities to fully enjoy our days at the beach, pool and inside the home. Lots of space for everyone and a great layout!
Best house we have ever stayed at. Our family has stayed in numerous beach front rental properties over the years. There are 16 of us ranging in age from 15-75. Typically the houses are decent, but aren’t well stocked for a family that prepares meals each night as opposed to dining out. This house had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The weather was cool, rainy and extremely windy since we came over in the middle of a nor’easter. The 2 hot tubs, heated pool, theatre room and pool table made this trip bearable. I’ve rented places in the past that stated they had a heated pool but the temp was never warm enough to enjoy. This pool was heated to the perfect temperature all week. The tall dunes behind the house blocked the wind to the pool area. Just a perfect location. Resort Realty company was courteous when we called to inquire about the weather before our trip. They were able to grant us early check in as I was worried about getting in before the wind and rain with my 75 year old parents. The helped ease our fears about the weather since all we had to rely was the hype from the weather channel. When we needed to call the rental company, we actually talked to a local person and they were very responsive. Great house, great rental company.
Beautiful house The house was very spacious and beautiful. The cupboards were filled with plenty of dinnerware, as well as pots and pans. Highly recommend this house.
Very Good The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the renovated bathrooms and showers, the dual dishwashers and ovens, and plentiful and well organized dishes and Tupperware as we prepared alot of meals in home. The theater room was a great place for serious ball game or movie watchers to watch un interrupted. It was generous of the owner to provide beach chairs, corn hole and kids bikes and balls. We missed not having a 1/2 bath on the top floor and the alarm on the sliding glass door to the pool was an adjustment to get used to. The house earned high praise from our group!
Review Atlantis at South Beach The family had a wonderful stay at Atlantis. Overall the house met all our needs. The pool and hot tubs were a perfect temperature. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable. One piece of feedback would be to get a range extender for the internet. The TV in the living room often would have a distorted picture. The other TVs in the house also said "buffering".
Excellent Beautiful house!!! Loved the personal touches the owner had displayed in the house. Kitchen was well stocked. You could tell the house was well taken care of. There was a binder with all appliance information of when purchased and serial numbers. There were plenty of beach chairs, bike and sand toys supplied as well. Boardwalk to the beach was in great condition as well. Great house will definitely stay here again!!
Great week with the family Provided a week of great memories together and separate spaces when needed. The beach was awesome. The stairs from the house to the beach were a hike but enjoyed it every time.
Excellent Me and my family greatly enjoyed our stay at Atlantis @ South beach. We have traveled regularly to the Outer Banks and i can say this property was amazing.
5757-Atlantis. Worth Every Penny We stayed at Atlantis April 17-24, 2021. The house was fantastic. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated, impeccably cleaned and equipped. Towels for every person, extra blanket in closet for every bed, sheets and quilt. Each room had a smart tv and cable was accessed through rook. The kitchen was well equipped - now let me elaborate, multiple griddles, crock pots, dozens of pans, blenders, immersion blenders, food processors, food storage containers, cutting boards, silverware. There was enough dishes and glassware for two meals of parties of 40. The double dishwasher is amazing. Minor nuances - the upper over warms up slowly, and the ice maker makes ice very slowly (not enough to keep up). There was tons of eating table room and counter space. Truly a great entertainment place. The pool room tv and upstairs tv are attached to surround sound (amazing surround sound) but if you are playing card games at the table and someone is trying to watch the tv - the surround sound blasts over the card game - we never could figure out how to turn the surround off, and the tv volume itself on. (again very minor issues). The movie room - was our children favorite night time activity! They would steal the treats and run down stairs. Tons of movies - a real treat! The pool was very warm, and definitely swimmable in mid April despite some very chilly days. The hot tub on the ground had great jets. The jets on the first floor patio were ok. The beach views were amazing and we saw a family of dolphins every day! The beach toys put a department store to shame - literally soooo many (we also added to it!). There were dozens of beach chairs and seven bikes also a pretty cool kite. Basketballs, volleyballs, footballs. This house had so much to do. Another great thing was the location - it is set just off the main area of shoppes and ice cream - all walkable to, but very quiet and less traffic - perfect location. Overall would we stay again - Yes, and next time we will bring a lot less stuff - this house already has it! Resort realty responded to all my questions/concerns and even had the house ready 1 hr early! A very special thank you to the realty company and owners for checking on my one year old after he got hurt on the swingset.
Great Beach House This is a great beach house. It is well furnished, wonderfully outfitted, and offers the special touches (theater room, hot tubs, TVs) that make it fun on even bad weather days.
Annual Beach Trip We loved the house and all its amenities, it was the perfect pick for our group. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked. The ice machine was a favorite feature, besides the heated pool and hot tubs of course.

Large family vacation - 25 people We had a wonderful time at Atlantis this past week. It had everything and more that we needed. There was a little bit of something for everyone. We loved the pool and covered beach gazebo. It was so nice being so close to the beach. The outside bathroom was awesome when you came back from the beach. The house was well stocked with beach chairs and sand toys. We made so many memories and hope to return again in 2 years for our next large family vacation!
Great Home! Great home. Only improvement we could suggest would be a path on the side to the boardwalk beach access
