Beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was very nice on the first floor. Beautiful view of the ocean and morning sunrise. When we arrived the condo was very clean, decorated very nice. The unit had everything we needed while we were there for one week. We had no issues. Resort reality was a very good company. I would book this unit again if I ever came back to Nags Head. The only negative thing was the elevator was broken. So my husband being 75 and has very bad knees struggled to go up the steps to the first floor. But the elevator is the building issue, not the realtor.

Nice Upgrades and Maintenance! Glad to see old broken recliner and balcony furniture replaced. And to find that bathroom exhaust vents cleaned. All doors leveled. Still a great kitchen with wide utensil selection. Didn’t bother telling Maintenance that walkin shower drain is slow since it still works…yet may clog soon. Also delighted to see how high the dune has grown though it is blocking beach view now.

Love! We have stayed in this condo for several years and always love the stay. Very comfortable and right on the ocean. Already reserved for this fall.

Whalebone View The condo was clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful and plenty of room for all of the guests. Thanks for a great vacation spot!

Beach time Our unit was clean and offered us everything we needed throughout the week.

Just perfect! We have been renting this condo for several years and will do so as long as we are able. Right on the ocean. I have mobility issues, so I can sit on the deck and watch the ocean. We love it!

Whalebone Pierview Great location right on the beach and close to the bridge. Clean and spacious. Accessible by elevator or stairs. The kitchen is well-equipped. WiFi worked fine. As an older adult I would have liked a bath mat in the shower and a grab bar. I enjoyed the view from the balcony!

Excellent We loved staying at this property…. This was our 4th year here, and absolutely loved the addition of the new flooring. Getting rid of the carpeting was a smart choice, and made the condo feel much cleaner (and easier to clean). Looking forward to our next stay!

Another great 2 weeks! We have been coming to this condo for several years, and it is so perfect for us. Reserved it again for next spring. Resort Realty was wonderful in their response to our needs.

Very Good The Unit 108 Interior was exactly as we expected. The view was awesome! The interior spaces were clean, modernized and everything functioned as expected. The kitchen was nicely supplied with the normal tools. The water pressure in the showers was a little weak but we managed. The exterior was in need of some updating. The elevator in our building went down after we had been there 3 days and was never repaired while we were there. This was a major inconvenience due to my wife's mobility issues. Luckily we only had to climb 1 flite of stairs. The dunes at the front of the condo had trash in them, I think this mostly came from previous tenants that may have left items on there balconies and the wind blew them there. I think the landscapers who cut the grass should make a sweep through there and pick up debris. Other than that all of the major visible areas where ok. The pools looked clean. We never actually used them due to the weather all week. All in All we enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend.

Great place Comfortable condo with a great balcony to watch the sunrise! We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and pleasant decor. One complaint: the recliner in the living room needs to be replaced…real difficulty in getting it to work.

Very Nice This condo is very clean and neat. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Great view of the ocean directly out front. Complex was quiet, we never heard any noise around us. The best amenity was the new bathroom in the king bedroom! We would definitely stay here again.

Loving It! We continue to reserve this condo every year. The owners have worked very hard to make it comfortable and welcoming for their guests. This year it was a beautiful new bathroom. We are coming back for 2 weeks in the fall and have pre-reserved it for 2 weeks next spring. It is definitely our go to place! Resort Realty was great to work with too.

Whalebone Pierview Great Review Excellent view! A lot of nice "extras". The unit was so quiet; we never heard the next door neighbor. Only one complaint, the metal bunkbed was noisy when the person on the top moved. Highly recommend this unit.

Lovely vacation spot This location has a fantastic beach for walking, and even the first floor units have perfect beach and surf views. We will be returning soon!

Absolutely Perfect! We enjoyed our stay at Whalebone PierView and hope to return. This is a nice condo in a great location and we truly enjoyed the large balcony. It is difficult to find a pet friendly, wheelchair accessible property at Nags Head and this condo met our needs.

Great for older adults We recently stayed here! This condo was great for us two seniors.. lol. The elevator was so helpful in loading and unloading and the unit was nice and accommodating. We spent all of our time except meals in this unit because we were there the week of a nor’easter.. but enjoyed the ocean view! I’m going to reserve again! So close to the best restaurants and not in a congested area! Glad we found this!

The best again! As I have reviewed before, this condo is perfect for us! We were just here for 2 weeks. We have it reserved for 1 week in October and 2 weeks next spring.

Great OBX Experience Great location, condo well stocked and clean, met our needs for a family of four. Outstanding view, quiet (which we really enjoyed), convenient to Jeanette's Pier, Sam & Omie's and Cahoon's Store, and good parking. Credit for beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler) a definite plus. Also, sheets and towels, another huge plus and that factored into our rental decision. No question, we would rent this property again and highly recommend it to others. (We didn't want to leave OBX!) :)

Loved this place! Exceptional views! Perfect for pets — older dogs appreciated that the stairs were concrete, not open decking. Place was clean and convenient .

Best condo ever! We loved this condo so much that we reserved it for 2 weeks in the spring. It was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. We hated to leave!
