Great Condo This condo was excellent. Great porch for sitting out with a view and breeze. Condo was clean and cutely decorated. It was well equipped with what needed.

Great week leading into Labor Day. The location was perfect. Pool great, easy walk over the dunes to the ocean. Location on the beach was fantastic. Only a small number of other beach goers and when you looked both directions you could see huge crowds at the beaches. The unit itself was great. Nice large balcony overlooking the pool. We could see the ocean even though dunes were built up for protection against erosion. Nice large living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Kitchen well stocked with all sorts of utensils. Nice big dining table. Bedrooms were all clean and linens on all the beds. Definitely a place we would come back to.

Diamond by the Sea Cleanest and best kept rental property we have ever been too. Convenient location from beach and private pool. Modern and clean bathrooms. Kids loved the bunk beds. Highly recommend this property

Everything was just as we were told and expected The best part of our stay was the beach gear rental that was included and the ease of check in and check out.

Very Good This unit is very spacious with a great view. We love being close to Jeanettes pier and lots of restaurants and shops.

5737-Diamond by the Sea We loved 5737! We have stayed in different condos at Diamond Shoals over the past 30 years and this is definitely one that we will stay at again! Very well cared for and clean!

Very homey and relaxing Would have enjoyed much better if weather was better. We really enjoyed the condo. Would recommend in the future location is GREAT. Could use NEW frying pans.

Excellent Second year at this location and it was even better than the first. Hope to make it an annual visit moving forward.

Diamond by the Sea fantastic beach vacation Diamond by the Sea was absolutely stunning. The balcony views were fantastic of the ocean. We had no issues, during our week stay. It was week no one wanted to end the day, and were awake by 0700. Two were teenagers! The kitchen was well designed out and the dishwasher got a workout. We only went out to eat twice the entire week due to the convenience of the kitchen and wonderful views. I would 100% rent from Diamond by the Sea at Resort Reality. If by chance someone cancels for the week, give us a call we are 4 hours away

The best place to stay on the OBX!!!! We have been staying at this beautiful condo - right on the oceanfront - for 30 years! It is so tastefully decorated & has all the conveniences of home! We understand the current owners are selling & we hope the new owners will be as kind & attentive to visitors needs. A wonderful place to spend a relaxing & refreshing week. It’s true ... there’s no place like home ... but this is our home away from home! And thank you RESORT REALTY for all the TLC you provide for your guests! We appreciate you, too!!

New favorite place Well, we loved the condo and the building. It was just perfect for our family. My husband I agree that when the time is right we may retire there. Just blissful.

Favorite place to stay for over 30 years! We have been staying at this same condo off & on for about 30 years. It is by far our favorite place to stay on the Outer Banks.
