Excellent We had an excellent time! We’ve stayed at Sea Sunrise twice now and both times our visit was amazing. Highly recommend this property to a small traveling group, the pool was excellent for the kids, the unit was very clean, and the people who own the unit take immaculate care for their guests, we love the small personal touches for the guests! See you next year!

Another Wonderful Beach Vacation We enjoyed another wonderful stay at Sea Sunrise, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The location is unbeatable. We love the easy, convenient access to the beach while still feeling tucked away from the Nags Head crowds. The condo was spotless when we arrived. And the building is quiet and family-friendly, making for a truly relaxing atmosphere. This was our second stay here, and we can't wait to come back! We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a turnkey, comfortable, and tranquil beach getaway.

Excellent We have stayed at this condo several times over the last few years. It is always nice and clean. The view is great. My only dislike is this year the property next door has added a walkway over the dunes. This blocks part of the view of the beach. Guess you can't have everything.

Best View Property was very neat and clean, well kept. You cannot beat the beautiful ocean view from this unit. Very comfortable, convenient location. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hurricane Erin Experience Had an oceanfront condo view of Erin’s energy. Resort Realty kept us storm informed daily putting our safety first. We actually enjoyed the ever changing sky scenes, the battle of the waves, the surfers’ excitement, and being safe in the midst of the storm. Another OBX memory to savor. Thanks Resort Realty and Sea Sunrise. What a great realty company and a great condo!

Nice and Neat This condo was located perfectly for a cool breeze on the deck. It was decorated nicely with a beach vibe. Overlooking the beach was fabulous while listening to waves added to the ambiance of gathering on the porch. It was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful visit! Fantastic condo! The ocean view was incredible and the walk to the beach was very convenient. The condo was clean and well-maintained and was very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and nice appliances. Will definitely stay here again!’

Great stay! Everything was as listed and the view even better than shown. The only thing that would make it even better would be to have smart TVs or add Rokus to each TV as TiVo is very outdated.

Beautiful location! Very nice condo with 3 bedrooms. Location directly overlooking beach and the ocean couldn't be better. Also appreciated having a pool on property. Condo well equipped, linens provided also helpful. Recommend!

Great Outer Banks Vacation! Great location central to entire OXB. It was spacious for our family of 5 adults. Appreciated that it was newly renovated. All our beach supply needs were included. The kitchen was fully stocked above and beyond our needs and we prepared several dinners including crab legs. Only negative is the queen mattress in one of the bedrooms probably needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!

perfect oceanfront condo Really loved this spacious oceanfront Condo. We had 6 adults and it never felt crowded. The large deck was perfect for watching the waves, sunrise and an occasional military aircraft. I would highly recommend.

Amazing My family had a wonderful stay! This condo was beautiful with everything we needed! It had wonderful views of the ocean and sunrise. The pool was nice with a close walk to beach! Everyone was nice that we met. The owners left some tips and restaurant recommendations that was a great touch!

Excellent This condo was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and I liked it had beach equipment. One of the best condos we have stayed in. Thank you for allowing us to rent this wonderful condo.

Family Friendly Paradise This condo was absolutely perfect for my family. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the deck are breathtaking and had plenty of space for all 6 of us to be outside at the same time. We travelled with two small children ages 5 and 3 and the condo was well equipped for them including a bed rail and mega blocks which came in handy on our rainy beach days. The pool was a decent size and was never too crowded when we wanted to swim. Having an elevator on the complex was also a bonus for bringing our luggage up and down. We can’t wait to stay here again!

One of our favorite Diamond Shoals condos This condo is so welcoming and comfortable. The view is spectacular! It is well appointed and decorated. We have spent our last two vacations at Sea Sunrise and plan to be back many more times in the future. It’s pretty fabulous.

Switzerland to the OBX I thoroughly enjoyed your lovely condo. It was the perfect place to read a book, chill and eat some yummy food. The weather was perfect: I had a little rain and lots of sun. I had the opportunity to photograph bears on the Alligator River Preserve and surfers at the East Coast Junior Surfing Championship.

So Many Memories! We have so many memories over the least 30 years coming here! Than k you for being a part of them with your beautiful condo! We saw nine dolphins jumping while we were standing out on the porch!

One of the Best! This condo is fabulous! We have been vacationing on the OBX for over 30 years and this was one of the best! Perfect place to watch the sun rise. We spent days at the beach, exploring art galleries, and at night we cuddled up reading and doing puzzles.

Awesome Place! Everything about this beach condo was perfect! We enjoyed every bit of it! Than you for having the beach chairs on site for us to use! It was a great room saver for packing! Thank you!

Sea Rise Beautiful, well appointed ocean front home. Enjoyed our week there.

We enjoyed our time at 5736 Sea Sunrise. We met our friends there and we had a very good time. All loved our unit and the views. Would recommend this unit to everyone. We loved the views and the location was great. A fun time was had by all.

Our Favorite Place This is our 4th year staying at Sea Sunrise. We have stayed for a week at a time for a girl's getaway. We love the location,the elevator to 3rd floor unit and the ocean views! This is "our place".

Very Good Loved staying here with my family. Amazing views of the ocean from living room and kitchen. Saw dolphins swim by one morning while eating breakfast. Loved that there was an elevator to the third floor especially when you have little kids, baggage and groceries in tow. Great location. I would defiantly stay here again.

No Complaints Our family really enjoyed this unit. It was spacious, great views of the ocean and pier, and excellent amenities. We will definitely consider staying in Sea Sunrise again!

Beautiful condo We have stayed at Sea Sunrise for 3 summers and love staying there. Four of us go for a week for a girl's getaway. One friend took her family a couple summers ago as well.The Diamond Shoals unit is on the third floor with perfect ocean views and a large wrap around por ch.Easy walk to large beach, close to Jeanette's pier. We are always sad to leave, but look forward to our next beach week. This unit has been updated with plank flooring instead of carpet in main area. Very nice touch! Would recommend this unit to anyone looking to have fun and relax!

Summer family vacation Our family had an awesome week and enjoyed watching the dolphins from the deck everyday. The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to feel at home for the week. Can’t wait to return next year.
