Great place to stay Great location, not too far away from shopping, beach access is right across the street. We have been coming to this place for 4 years now, might need a little extra deep cleaning this visit as compared to the last visits, but still a great place.
Very Good Beautiful home with plenty of amenities and a beautiful pool,hot tub and game room with a movie theater room. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms with amazing views. Short walk to the beach. Few things need updated and some things didn't function as should but still an amazing home. We did experience a little issue with the air conditioning leaking in the down stairs bedroom but resort reality acted fast and took care of the issue. Hope to come back again soon. Our family had a great time.

Highly Recommended This home was beautiful! Right across from beach access, plenty of parking, elevator to get things to the top floor! The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well stocked…which is so helpful when you make many meals at the beach house. Loved that there was a high chair and baby gate!
Fall Vacation Nice house, great location
Great Experience Had a great experience with Wench's Pad and the staff at Resort Realty. The home suited our need perfect with 3 kids and 6 adults. We loved the game room, theater, hot tub, and pool. The beds were comfy and the views of sound and ocean made for great sunrises and sunsets. Did I mention that the beach access is across the street?? Essentially waterfront views for beach road prices! When we arrived at the home our wifi wasn't working. You may ask who cares, while on vacation?? I'm a realtor and needed to be able to stay in contact with clients while away from home. I contacted Resort Realty Saturday evening and Joe came out first thing Sunday to fix it. it ws a simple reset to the modem but it was locked in the owner's closet so Joe had to access. He also provided guidance on how to use the theater room. I've been coming with my family to the Outer Banks for almost 40 years, Resort realty provided the best customer service I have experienced.
Beautiful Home, Great Location This is our second year at Wench's Pad and we love it. The home is beautiful, the views are great, and being across from the beach access makes everything so easy. The only negative was the wasps (which is likely due to the location near the trees and park land). They are everywhere, and will quickly get in the house. They especially love the area by the outdoor kitchen, and look to be living in the roof above the sink. It made the outdoor grill unusable. But, Resort Realty Maintenance came out and sprayed the eaves and the house within 45 minutes of our calling! Thank you! But not even the wasps can keep us away! We can't wait to come back next year!
