Good overall it was good, we did experience none of the TV's working, ice makers were not producing ice, we called for assistance on these two issues and come to find out we needed something new for one tv and all the others just needed batteries, the upstairs ice maker got working again but not the down stairs one. the house did smell a little musty and wet doggish
Beautiful place. Plenty of space, the backyard is wonderful and the house was clean. Great location in walking distance from restaurants and beach. Would stay again. My only complaint was the check in time, which is stated to be 6:00pm unless you pay an extra $100 early check in fee to get you in at 1:00pm, which we did. We travelled with a toddler and 6:00pm is just simply too late. Otherwise, check in process was extremely easy and we are very satisfied with our stay! Thanks to the Resort Realty team for their responsiveness as well.
Amazing location great communication really appreciate the transparency most rental companies pretend the property is privately owned. Close to the beach.
Wonderful Week We had a great week at OBX TA SEA. House had ample space for our party of 8. We loved being able to see the sound from back windows and the ocean from front windows. Pool area was so much fun. We all loved playing corn hole and hopping between pool and hot tub. Easy walk across the street to the beach. We got bikes through bear gear rental and loved biking down to Jockey Ridge and to the pier. Also loved the walking path that goes for miles, my son is a runner and I felt more comfortable knowing he had a safe area to get his miles in. Thanks for a great week! We hope to return!
