Great house! This was our 5th year renting on the OBX and Edgewater View, by far, was our best house. It's still new so there's not alot of wear and tear, like some of the other homes we've rented. And the layout was spectacular!! We had all 9 bedrooms occupied and though we had ample space to congregate and enjoy one another's company, we always felt like we had our own space - which is important with large groups! We had a couple of glithches with the internet/cable (gotta hate spectrum) but the MGMT Company was very responsive and helpful. Great House, Great location ... we will definately rent this house again.

Fantastic House We had a fabulous stay here. The house was in a great location and comfortably fit our family that ranged in ages and abilities.

We had a fantastic stay with a family of nine. The house was very clean and we had all the supplies we needed to cook at home. The location is fantastic only minutes away from restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, whatever you want to do. We did have a couple issues, but they were quickly resolved. The host responded back within minutes upon every message that we sent.

Beautiful oceanfront house in a great area that accommodated our large family. Made lots of great memories at the pool, beach and at the dining room table. Property was very responsive and pool was kept clean throughout our stay!

Excellent Spring 2026 stay Wonderful new property in Nags Head. Beautifully decorated and appointed. We will look for this property's availability again.

Outstanding!!!!! Resort Realty is the best. They were so helpful. I would highly recommend using them for your beach vacation. As far as the house we stayed in, there are no words to express the absolutely beautiful house. Oceanfront, brand new home. Stunning views! Had a wonderful week! Thank you.

Survived the hurricane!!! First hurricane for this wonderful house and the house and all 18 of us survived. The winds were mighty at the ocean but such a beautiful sight. Great home with all the comforts of home and some extras that were very convenient (4 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers and 3 sets of washer/dryer combos.) By a unanimous vote, we are all very happy to be returning next year.

House has everything and Resort Realty was awesome The house was beautiful and location was perfect. We especially loved the beach access, cabana, and pool area. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar was lovely. The rec and media rooms were a fun bonus. Parking was ok, 7 cars, but we parked a couple cars elsewhere. The house was new with a few startup issues; reported those with Resort who handled quickly. Their contractors were knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue. Would have rebooked for 2026 but someone else beat us to the booking.
