Location was perfect! Our family vacation to the Fritz Carlton was great. Four families (14 people) came together for this trip. The house was set up great for us, as far as the number of beds and bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances which was super nice, because we only went out for dinner one night and ate at home the other evenings. The pool was amazing, and the hot tub was a nice addition. The location was fantastic for us. We have family in Wanchese, so the short distance made it easy for them to join us most days, and we quickly made trips to Manteo for some shopping and visiting the beach at the sound. It was also convenient for trips to the grocery, ice cream shops, bars, and the First Flight Adventure Park. We also appreciated the easy and basic check-out instructions as compared to other properties we've rented over the years. And, the folks we talked with at Resort Realty throughout the booking and check-in process were all fantastic! As some family members are getting older, we may need to look for a home with easier beach access. Although the boardwalk directly from the pool and the dune deck made access a breeze for most of us, the steep dune going down to the beach limited beach access for some. We realize the quick turnaround in these homes, so we were happy to overlook some cleaning issues. We found items under the beds and on the floors. Also, the first and second floors had a wet, musty smell. Again, we realize this is just part of it with waterfront vacation homes. There was one toilet where the handle needed to be jiggled and one burner on the stovetop that didn't work as well as the others. We didn't make any complaints about these issues. Overall it was a great rental, and the things that weren't perfect were understandable.

Loved the location and the property as well. Had a great time and will likely want to rent the same place again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Nothing beats being able to walk straight to the beach with kids. We didn’t have to pack lunches or coolers, just walked down. The weather was not great, so we were very glad to have the hot tub to warm up in after our walks on the beach. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything and more! Truly an amazing vacation house and would love to come back!

A Noreaster Visit The Fritz Carlton was a beautiful home for our stay for our son's wedding weekend. The location was great to get to the wedding venue / Jennette's Pier as well as to many restaurants. The home was large and roomy which is what we wanted and every room has its own bathroom - an added perk. The weather did not cooperate so we were not able to enjoy sitting on the deck but we did brave a couple of walks on the private walkway to the ocean's edge. The house was comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Thank you for letting us stay in this home.

Excellent Great house-well equipped as stated. A few pictures were old so might want to update. Love the hot tub in new location-cross breeze from sound. Staff at Resort Realty always helpful! Check-in was earlier than anticipated which was great and house was very clean. Thank you for an awesome week!

family of 11 This was a perfect location the pool is wonderful the crows nest amazing the view out of this world. the only slight addition i would add to this home and its simple is put a roku stick on the tvs or change to smart tvs our little ones are used to being able to pull up streaming. We will be back next year.

It was perfect! Having my whole family together chilling at the beach was the best part. Next to that was renting jeeps to ride on the beach in Corolla, kayaking around Roanoke, Island, flying kites at Jockey’s Ridge and watching fireworks.

Great place, great views Would love to live there

Fantastic Vacation We come to OBX every year but this was our first Friendcation. We had a wonderful week (We had 4 couples and seven children from 1-17 yo) and everyone enjoyed! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great to come back to after a day on the beach and hang out for the evening. Close to many restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. Easy grocery delivery and quick trips to store. We will be back!

Relaxing Lots of room and very convenient! The whole family loved the property as well as location! Very satisfied!

Pretty Good Fritz Carlton is a very nice house for a week stay. Shopping, ice cream, and dining are very close. The pool and hot tub are very nice, as is the kitchen. Private bath for every room is a nice bonus.

Very Good Our stay here was great. House was clean and loved all the updates owner has done. The location was perfect for fishing, shopping and dining out. We hope we can stay here again next year. TY !!

Very Good This is the second time we stayed here. It's the perfect size for our group. We loved the updates made since the last time we were there 3yrs ago. The only complaints we had were a faulty toaster which Resort Realty replace right away and a washing machine that left large amounts of lint on our clothes. A maintenance order was put in but we left before we ever seen it fixed. Still loved the place and had a great time.

Nice house, good rental company The house is in a good location for us and it was clean and well maintained. Best of all we were allowed to check in two hours early! We certainly appreciated that. All of our dealings with Resort Realty were pleasant and the staff is very professional.

Perfect Beach House Our family group loved the Fritz Carlton! The house was clean and spacious, and laid out perfectly to put all the kids in the basement, near the pool table and hot tub/pool entrance. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking our fresh seafood. And the location was convenient to everything, for walking or for longer trips in the car.

Perfect Beach House!! We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and family room. The decks were great for relaxing outside, and watching the sun rise. Having a pool was fantastic when the water was too rough at the beach. Location of the house was convenient to everything, grocery stores, pier, and shopping!!
