Wonderful Week! This was our first time renting from Resort Realty. We had an exceptional experience! They are timely with communicating; the house was very clean; responsive when had questions. We will definitely pick this house again. Just wish it had an elevator. So next year, the family said to pick a house as perfect as the one we stayed at and just add elevator! LOL
Lovely Beach Home Great vacation home! Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the large dining room table! Rec room downstairs was enjoyed by all the kids with convenient access to pool and outside seating. Beach access was close by with a nice walkway. We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. PS : maybe a few additional chairs or larger sofa in the upstairs living room 😊
Truly a wonderful life for a week in OBX Beautiful and clean home with plenty of room , plentiful balconies and across the street from a private beach that wasn’t crowded at all The pool and hot tub are clean and nice. Nothing fancy but serves the purpose for after beach time Each bedroom is nicely decorated, large bathrooms and private balcony. Good value for the price and an excellent location where you csn walk to everything you need Bring your own kitchen towels as there was only one provided. The blender and coffee pot work great The outdoor grill is adequate The master bedroom television didn’t work though I did not report this , not sure about the other rooms as we didn’t try them. The living television works but has no cable so not many options for live television. But the streaming services are available to log in to if you have log ins. I would say this is the only down side
It's A Wonderful Life Nag's Head House was in very nice condition Main living area and kitchen on 3 rd floor lots of steps no elevator Good location beach access was little difficult lots of steps when carrying beach equipment and little children. Had a great week house was well equipped with all amenities.
Very Good We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and well stocked and we liked being close to the beach. The kids really liked the pool and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Location was close to restaurants, shopping and things for the kids to do. The only complaint I have is that it would have been nice to have linens included with the house.
Very Good This was our first time vacationing in the OBX and had a great time! Our house was perfect! Good location, well stocked and clean!. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Very Good Family Beach House My family stayed at It's A Wonderful Life in early September 2020. Overall the house is excellent and the location is wonderful. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, Manteo, etc. There is a view of both the Ocean and the Sound as the house is located where the Outer Banks narrows. It is very conveniently located with an easy walk to the beach (even with toddlers). The bedrooms are roomy & comfortable and the pool is a great complement to the beach. Having a fridge near the pool was great for cold drink breaks. We had a good experience with the rental company and the whole process was very smooth. On a good note many of the appliances in the kitchen seemed new (new dishwasher, new stove, new microwave). Great views from decks in front and in the back. There were a few things in the house that were run down a bit, but they were easy to work around. (pool night lights did not work, armchair in family room had tears, gate to the pool was coming off the hinges) But overall would highly recommend this unit and we as family plan to stay here and/or very close buy again in the future.
This is a great home to rent. Very, Very clean and kitchen well stocked and updated Loved the bedroom downstairs for teens and game area All bedrooms are a nice size and very comfortable Short walk to the beach which is great with little ones Excellent location with ocean view from top deck Pool/hot tub area very nice - plenty of room for large family This home was great for our week and would definitely rent again
