Family Va ca House was great as advertised. Pool was cold and we felt up charge of $600.00 was excessive after paying over 8 k for the house. We thought that pool would be warm as we were there at end of season. That was not the case. If you want warm pool you will have to pay the excessive pool heat fee. Everything else was great. B
Unforgettable Vacation We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach and convenient to local restaurants, shops, and attractions.<br /> <br /> The house was spacious and welcoming, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.<br /> <br /> Unfortunately, the weather during our visit was not very cooperative, which limited our ability to enjoy the beach. One disappointment was that the pool heater was not working during our stay. We didn't let that stop us from having fun...we loved the recreation and media room!<br /> <br /> Highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!
Best family vacation! Just got back from a week in the outer banks. This house was great for our large family, right on the beach with a beach cabana and chairs. The pool was a huge hit for all ages and the ice cream shop across the street was an added bonus!
The house was beautiful and enough room for all of us. We had issues with the Internet, but they were very responsive and it was fixed quickly. I didn’t realize that they would provide chairs and a large umbrella at the beach and so I purchased the separate set, which turned out to be completely unnecessary.
LaCebola has everything and then some! LaCebola is a wonderful home, offering great beach views, plenty of space, a large heated swimming pool, complimentary beach cabana service (with the fabulous Farm Dog company), and the ultimate game and media rooms. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked and organized. The location is fantastic. Our family had THE BEST VACATION ever! We love Resort Realty, they provide excellent customer service, linens on the bed, a start-up supply of toilet paper, towels, and a few other bonus items. Plus, they don’t charge high fees like many other vendors. See you in 2027!! We have booked same house for next year.
Excellent This home had everything and more. Being new and clean helps a lot. Our large family fit right in. Only drawback was the path to the beach, very narrow and steep. That being said, we ARE returning in 2027!
The house has a great layout with lots of amenities. The views from the decks were awesome. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of fun to be had in the game room. We will definitely consider this rental next time we come to Nags Head.
Great in All Weather We had a great Winter vacation at the beach. We had a large group with a lot of cooks in the house, so having two full size refrigerators, ovens, stoves and microwaves on the top floor was great. Plus the additional kitchen area next to the game and movie room was great. The house didn't have carpeting and some large area rugs, so it was easy to do some quick sweeping. The hot tub space was also very convenient, a little protected from the cold breeze. There were plenty of places to park in front and the elevator made it easy to get all our supplies to the third floor. The location is convenient to groceries and outlet mall and there is easy access to the public beach access with a ramp. The beach access from the house is great but it is pretty steep for anyone that is older or has any walking difficulty. Views from the porch were great and having TREX on all exterior porches was nice because we had a dog that we didn't have to worry about splinters and the way the gates are positioned the dog couldn't get out of the porch area, this would also be help keep little ones safe too. Only thing I would advise is to bring some bath towels, the house towels were a little small and on the thin side. We washed and dried the several times, easy to do with the 2 washing machines and dryers.

Amazing property, some minor issues The house was magnificent and the location was fantastic. There was an incredible amount of space and the pool and beach access were great. The property came with a cabana and beach chair service that we really enjoyed. There were a few things that did not work as expected. The elevator was not working when we arrived. It was quickly addressed by maintenance, but would’ve been nice for the luggage of some of the older family members. The skee ball machine and several water faucets did not work properly, and the pool table did not have the correct balls. The property was also not supplied with toilet paper, kitchen towels, and several other items. While this was indicated ahead of time, it seemed ridiculous for the overall price of the rental for the week.Still, we had a great time and these minor items could easily be overlooked! I would recommend this property for sure!

Beautiful Week at OBX Resort Realty did a nice job of leaving us some things to get started. We had a lovely note wishing us a nice stay, some dishwasher soap, dish soap, paper towels, beds made, extra pillows, tp in each bath. The house was lovely and clean. My first time with Resort Realty and I have already booked again with them for next year. This home was perfect. Comfy beds, loved the great room, nice big couch. Loved the movie room. The kitchen was well stocked. We pulled off a pretty great Thanksgiving meal!
Family & friends pets vacation Excellent! Clean, spacious and exceptional experience for all of us. Highly recommended!

Beautiful new property This property is Nehru fully planned for a large group! The construction next door sometimes impeded enjoyment. The cabana service was a very appreciated amenity, as was the included rental equipment! The SKEEBALL machine was malfunctioning but we all loved the movie room and pool table! The only suggestion for an addition would be a railing at the steps to the pool to create a safer entry and exit. Thank you for a beautiful week in a lovely home!
WOW! Beautiful spacious home! Great beach/ocean views, enjoyed the Cabana Service too. Plenty of dishes in kitchen but could use a few more serving dishes and pots and pans. Would love to go back!
beautiful home We loved the home. Seeing it was just built recently, we knew everything was brand new which was great. The elevator was nice for helping us take luggage/groceries up to the top floor. The pool table and skee ball were fun to play. The hot tub was a welcome amenity seeing how cold the weather got. Highly recommend La Cebolla for your vacation.
