Pelican's perch We have stayed at Pelican's perch since 2020. It always a second home to us. the Condo was clean and ready to be occupied. The kitchen was stock with items to cook meals. This was important since we prepare most of our meals. There are two things I would change if I could. The doors sliding doors would be improved so they open easily, and the locks would work better. the other would be easier access to the beach for people with walking disabillites.
Week Vacation Rooms were clean.I had both knees replaced last year and it was close enough to the ocean my roughest time time was the loose sand to the ocean. Close to everything we needed restaurants, grocery store and shopping. We had a great time.
Pelican's Perch condo The condo was good and very comfy. The master bed was great to sleep in. The carpet seemed new and was really nice. My minor complaints are the living room sliding door lock did not work, but there was bar to block the door; and I would have loved black-out curtains - but I would definitely stay here again because the whole condo was wonderful.
Very Good Great location; just steps from the sand. Overall very pleasant accommodations. Utilities and TVs were a bit outdated but this was minor for such a nice sized property. Enjoyed waking up to the morning sunrise. Would stay here again.
Great Time Had a wonderful time. The unit was clean but smelled a bit musty. We really enjoyed the ocean front and access to the beach. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Good handicap access (ramp) which was important to us. In all, a very comfortable place to decompress and vacation.
Pelicans rest Aug 2020 My wife and I had a very relaxing good time at the Pelicans Rest. The Location was excellent for Restaurants and shopping. The access to the beach was good because we could get the beach via the city access and Dunes Lateran broad walk. The Condo was comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen and island bar. Each morning we had home made breakfast just like home. Thanks Tom and Karen.
