Sea Holly Review The house is beautiful and well-appointed. Furniture, game room, laundry room are top notch. The down side for me is the dune deck is below the level of the dune which prevents ocean views. Access to the beach is via a common access walkway which is a little annoying. The swimming pool and hot tub is located in the front of the house but is designed very nicely. The indoor elevator is a plus for lugging groceries and luggage. We had a great time renting this unit.

Great Vacation:) The house met all of our needs:) There was plenty of space to accommodate our extended family. We loved the pool! Location was great. Beautiful views:) Resort Realty staff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly and immediately responsive to our needs. This is the second time we booked this house and would do so again.

Had the entire family (9) total to get married on the beach. It was amazing!

Very Good The Sea Holly kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and the appliances were in good working order. The house was clean and linens provided as promised. We had a plumbing issue and Resort Realty responded promptly. The elevator stopped working late in the last full day of our visit so moving out was challenging.

Wonderful House for our family vacation Loved this property. The bedrooms were all a good size and beds were very comfortable. Great room on the top floor was a great center for family activity and meals. The kitchen had everything you would need. The pool was warm and clean. We brought our own pool umbrella though because there is no shade by the pool. Overall great house and we hope to come back again.

Very Good The deck was beautiful and so was the location. Beds were comfortable and enough space for our family. The home could use some updating.

Sea Holly The house was perfect, response time by realty staff was perfect. The beach access was challenging for elderly disabled people given the steepness of walking down the dunes and the surf was a bit rough, perfect for our adult children and grandchildren but a no go for those in their seventies

WOW This is quite a house! Definitely a step up from other houses we have stayed in at the Outer Banks. It's a wonderfully built, solid, QUIET house with gorgeous decks, wonderful woodwork, and great amenities like the elevator, pool, hot tub, and rec room. Very spacious with lots of room for a big group to spread out in. Beautiful ocean views from the upper decks, and a great outdoor lower level with two outdoor showers, fishing cleaning, and storage. The master bedroom is HUGE, and the kitchen is fantastic!

Beautiful Home We just got back from staying at this beautiful home. Its very spacious and had plenty of room gor a large family. The kitchen was very well stocked with every kind of gadget you can imagine. The elevator was a plus for us because my stepdad and father in law couldnt climb all the stairs. The wrap around porch and gazebo was awesome for lounging and relaxing. The pool was just the right size and had floats there for us to use.  We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay here again.

We Will Never Stay Anywhere Else THIS HOUSE.......We will never stay anywhere else! As my husband said...it immediatly felt like home! It met our every need (especially the elevator as I am cancer victim of 3 yrs.- prayers welcome) The Captain's watch is perfect to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and the kitchen is much bigger than it looks in the pics. The bedrooms are very spacious and the master suite is unreal! Our grandkids greatly enjoyed the pool. I liked how private it is. I could go on and on about this "awesome" house, but may I suggest you stay and see for yourself---you won't be disappointed---we weren't!!!! The Martins fron VA.

Whole Week Was Awesome My family stayed at Sea Holly and the whole week was awesome. The cottage was very clean - loved the pool out front, very private and no sand. The walk way to the beach was very nice. LOVED the 30 foot wide deck out back and wraparound porch. The big gazebo right on the ocean was my favorite with great sunrise.  I would rate this cottage 5 star!

Beautiful Home The house was beautiful.

Sea Holly [Keyless Entry]... very helpful... easy access to the home. The house itself was pretty spectacular. The kitchen was nicely supplied with pots and pans and plenty of dishes.

All about Dad Just a fantastic home. This vacation was very important my 81 yr old father in law had just had surgery and the doctors didn't think we should be taking that far incase something would happen. His 2 sons and daughter we not taking no for an answer. It was a hard trip down he was not well at all and we were worried we had made a mistake by not listening to the doctors. When we finally got there and he seen the ocean and his beautiful master bed room, he did a 360. Smiling from ear to ear. This home was perfect. Complete flat walkway no steps at all out to a beautiful gazebo that was covered where he could sit and look that the ocean. The home was very well equipped with all things necessary. Awesome vacation awesome home. Didn't want to leave at all!
