The House The house was great although the outside lighting could use an upgrade,but the house in general was beautiful some of our family members had a rough time using the beach access due to steep climb coming back from the beach.

Excellent Had a fabulous time at our stay with lord of the sea. House was clean and well stocked. Had absolutely no problems with anything in the house. Very spacious. Thank you for letting us stay in your house!!!
Lord of the Sea This is the our 6th summer renting this house. The last four summers the home has had fabulous home improvements! This year the stairs from the top deck to lower deck was new. They really cut down walking through the middle floor when entering from the beach. Also the stairs over the beach access were improved with a small deck on the top of the dune. We have already booked for 2026. (Again I will suggest a couple of higher chairs for the deck. As a short person, the top rail is directly in the line of vision.) Love this cottage!
Great vacation home This was our 5th summer at Lord of the Seas. The updates have been wonderful. This year the new counter tops and new stove were fabulous. Thank you for this fantastic rental. We are all set to visit again in 2026. There is one thing that would help us enjoy that beautiful view of the beach--higher chairs so that everyone can look over the decking.
Lord of the Sea Great house very well stocked, clean, great locations. Was very comfortable for all of us.
What a great surprise This is the 4th summer that we have rented the Lord of the Sea. What a fabulous surprise to see ALL of the amazing updates! Completely renovated top floor with new furniture and an added half bath. All new flooring throughout the house and new bedding. We were thrilled and had a wonderful week. I will now contact Resort Realty for the same house next year!
Wonderful new home improvements This was our 3rd summer at Lord of the Sea. This year the house had numerous upgrades with new steps accessing the beach! They were a FABULOUS improvement! The new TV system was so easy to use-no longer a struggle with 3 different remotes. We plan to return next year.
WONDERFUL!! Had a wonderful time and with the addition of 2 year old twins from Colorado, the pool was a huge hit! It is a pleasure to work with Resort Realty
Excellent Great house for adults, kids and dogs! Spacious and nicely decorated - not overdone while still being beachy! Pool and hot tub were great roundouts for family days coming off the beach.
5 Year Anniversary We got married at this house 5 years ago and decided to come back for our 5th anniversary. It was just as wonderful as we remembered. The location is perfect. This year we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. It was an absolutely awesome week.
Great time We had a very fantastic time with wonderful interaction going to the beach, time in the pool, relaxation in the hot tub, and in the living space on the upper floor.

July 11-18, 2020 We had a great week at beach! Kitchen in house is well equipped. Ice machine is MARVELOUS! Walk to beach is good exercise, lots of bedroom options and great swimming pool. Windows facing street do have some mildew issues. We plan to return in 2021.

Amazing, Helpful Staff The staff at Resort Realty are amazingly helpful when it comes to planning your vacation. I had so many questions about the area and houses and everyone i talked to was very patient and helpful. We stayed at Lord of The Sea in Nags Head.The house was very clean and huge.There were 14 of us and we had plenty of space. The pool was nice. The beach access was great.There were dolphins within view from our deck every day. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be using Resort Realty in the future.
Perfect House This house was amazing. The view was awesome from the main floor. Beds were comfortable. The pool was great for the large group of kids we had. Beach access was great. The hot tub was a really nice touch. We got to watch lots of dolphins every day from our porch. Great house for large families in a perfect location. I had zero complaints about this house.
PERFECT LOCATION! The location of this house is PERFECT. We enjoyed being able to see the beach from the top floor. We also loved having a hot tub to use especially on the rainy days. The pool water was just too cold for us to use during our stay but we enjoyed laying out by the pool. The picnic table on the top deck was very nice. We would consider staying at this property again.
