Very Good Had a great stay at this place. Loved the location and access to the beach. Everything was clean and looked great. Loved how the long hallway separated guest from walking directly into the living room. If I had to say anything about the condo, it would be that I wish there was another light in the living room so it would be a little brighter and maybe up a little higher so we could have seen the ocean. But this was our first time staying, so that is definitely on us!! Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here.

Excellent The condo was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location, easy check-in, and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Spacious condo There was ample space for everyone. The living room is comfortable and well appointed. The dining table was great for game night. We enjoyed time on both the east deck and the west deck. Overall a fabulous space! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation The condo was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and so quiet. I usually don't sleep well if it's not my bed but I had the best sleep of my life in that bed. The huge covered porch was a blessing on the rainy days. The pool was great, very clean. I was surprised at how quiet it was but it was a very well maintained and quiet spot. The decor in this condo was absolutely beautiful. Who ever did that,I want to hire you. Lol it was such a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. The bedrooms are all very spacious as are the bathrooms. The living areas are all open to each other so nobody misses out on family time while they are cooking in the stocked kitchen. There is an elevator if you can't use steps. We will definitely stay again. This was a much needed family vacation after a tough year.. We are so grateful that you shared your beautiful home with us.

Very Good Kings Landing was a very clean & comfortable place to stay. Worked well for my little family to stay in. Loved that we had a private walkway to beach. Kitchen is very small but usable. Having to use 2 hands to unlock and open the door was very inconvenient. Had a hard time getting personal devices to connect to wifi and stay connected. Would've been nice to have a welcome binder or something from owner to explain how to use certain things (ie: tv - so many controls and options, how to stay connected to wifi). Overall pleased with stay.

Very Good All in all we had a great 10 day stay. Communication with the management company was wonderful and easy. The condo in itself was nice and spacious. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because it things required repair. Couple of things; the pool was in poor condition. The liner on the bottom was coming up and needed repair, the kitchen needed updating and repair, and the master bathroom shower was moldy. Cracks in the ceiling in the main bedroom, and the living room. But nothing is perfect, and I would stay there again.

Awesome unit! So spacious and well equipped. We were skeptical about an end unit after renting inside unit several times in the past. The only downside is the massive dune.

Condo was much larger than I expected Went for a long weekend. The condo is very spacious and the master suite is huge.

Amazing Stay We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Perfect size, super clean, great pool, easy access to the beach….everything was perfect!! The location was also great to all our favorite places in the OBX.The recliner was excellent for my dad who is disabled. It was also a nice treat meeting so many wonderful guests at the pool….my daughter made some great friends to play with for the week. We cannot recommend this condo more!! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great stay Excellent location both within the unit itself and with its proximity to the pool and beach. We loved the layout and all the space for our family.

Spacious and comfortable rental There was plenty of space in our rental. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master bedroom and bath was huge. We enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation The unit was very comfortable. The amenities were great, the kitchen was well supplied. There are a few things that could use updating, but that is to be expected. The only downside, which I knew going in, is that the dune blocks the view of the water. Still, oceanfront, nice pool, very convenient to a lot of things. We enjoy the one floor layout. A very relaxing week.
