Beautiful condo! This is a beautifully appointed condo. The decor and furniture is very tasteful. It appears to be newly renovated in kitchen and baths with lovely countertops and cabinets, and the home is well cared for.<br /> The views are great and the location is perfect.<br /> We needed to contact Resort Realty for two minor things and their response was professional and immediate. Well done!<br /> Highly recommended!
Condo review We absolutely loved the location, decor, space and convenience of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy and porch had nice furniture for lounging. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Pure relaxation We have always had a fabulous experience with Resort Realty! The unit was clean, comfortable, and has the best views of the ocean!
We loved this unit. Everything was wonderful-the pool area, the condo itself was clean and so beautiful. The only things that were negative: the remote and TV are IMPOSSIBLE to figure out. That was a bummer since it rained the whole time. And the twin beds might be okay for kids, but we had adults in there and they are very uncomfortable.

Huge condo Beautiful location! The kitchen was stocked and the condo was huge! The garbage disposal needs to be fixed and could use an updated couch and carpet in living room. TV is very difficult to use. We had a wonderful vacation!
Fantastic condo! Surf Watch is a fantastic condo. Everything has been updated, the condo was clean, and the view is spectacular! We've had a few issues with rentals in the past, but the Resort Realty maintenance crew is extremely fast and efficient. Overall, a great experience.
Excellent We love Surf Watch and have been enjoying it every summer for many years. The condo interior is beautiful and accommodates our needs perfectly. We also appreciate the outside gear coupon this year, and found their customer service exceptional and user friendly. Our only suggestion is to update the tired rugs (becoming a huge trip hazard over recent years), and the carpet (which is very worn and has numerous unsightly black tar stains in the living room). Just a little cosmetic freshening up will have it looking just as nice as when you renovated it. Otherwise, we had a great stay and have booked our return for next year. BTW, my parents started coming to Heron Cove condos when it was built, and we have kept the tradition going😎 Thanks!
Excellent My daughter and her family had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. We started in Heron Cove over 30 years ago, renting year after year till our family grew so big we needed a house. She said it felt like going home! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, so my grandchildren could swim and play on the same beach their Momma did. D. Miklus

Surf Watch is well cared for and beautiful! We love the condo, it has everything that we need. We have stayed here several years and it's the best condo in Nags Head. The only issue we had was the elevator wasn't working the first week, we rent the condo for the elevator because my parents are in there 80's. It trapped them in the condo for a few days. That was awful. We called Resort Realty and they called the HOA, we never saw the HOA come to look at the elevator but it worked midweek.
surf watch It's a beautiful condo! The kids mentioned the beds in the 3rd bedroom are showing the wear. The kitchen is beautifully appointed!
