Fabulous Condo We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very spacious and clean, and felt like home away from home! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Another great stay in the Outer Banks Enjoyed our stay at Heron Cove 102 N! Have been visiting since I was a child and will continue to make the trip down!

Friends Get Away Accommodations were very nice. It was clean which is important to me. Lots of comfortable seating as well as beds. We would definitely rent again.

September 2023 My wife and I have stayed at this condo 4 times over the past couple of years. We love the condo, the amenities, the proximity to the beach and the location. When we booked for this year in November of 2022, it was already booked up through the last week in September so that's the week we reserved. Just so happened that a hurricane had just passed through a day before we arrived and several local storms were in the area which resulted in a cloudy week. We did manage to get 3 solid days at the pool however. We cannot hold the lousy weather against the condo but it could have made for a much more enjoyable stay overall. We've pitched 102N to several of our friends and family because we love the place so much. On a side note, if the owners are ever interested in selling, we'd love to talk about it, lol.

Very Good The home was very nice and had plenty of room! Love the fact that the living room had a sectional with more than enough seating for everyone. The only negative was the sofa sleeper in the master bedroom. It has seen better days and it was very difficult (almost impossible) to get the bed folded back into the couch. Other than that, everything was FANTASTIC!

Great condo! We love this condo. This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. It is a perfect set up for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The master bath has a great shower and extra large bath tub that my grandchildren enjoy. The pool is nice and there is always plenty room on the beach in front of the condo. Although I sometimes miss the view from a higher unit, the first level is very convenient.

Heron's Cove Comfortable and well equipped home in an ideal location. Master bedroom was fabulous. My favorite rental in the Outer Banks. Cannot wait to return next year!

Wonderful property Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. We have previously stayed at Heron Cove but this is the first time in this unit. We loved it. It is updated, clean, and comfortable. We liked the sleeping arrangements and three bathrooms. We will be back.

Great Location & Value Great location on the beach, though from first floor location the view is of dunes (website photos are very accurate). Believe condo is 1980s construction, but very clean and well maintained. Kitchen, bathrooms, and much of the flooring nicely updated. We cooked in condo several nights and thought kitchen was super well stocked. Only recommendation would be to update the dual coffee maker. Guessing coffee makers in rental units are heavily used, and that one appeared pretty old & tired. A very minor issue though - overall we certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Spacious & beautiful Oceanfront Unit We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in this huge, comfortable unit. The kitchen has every gadget/equipment you could ever think you might need. Everything is so well maintained, the furniture is comfortable and a lot of seating options. The pool is a great afternoon treat after being on the beach all day. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Oceanfront Condo Thank you very much! We really enjoyed our family vacation at 102N Heron Cove. This was a great oceanfront condo to spend the week with our family. It was very clean and close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping stores.

Very Good Great Condo very spacious with huge deck and in a great location! If you want an ocean view I would recommend 2nd or 3rd floor though.

Clean & Inviting Very clean and inviting.

Better then Expected! We stayed in this condo that last week before our kids went back to school. This is the 2nd time only to OBX and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The condo is even more updated then the pictures show. The kitchen has granite counter tops I believe, with a stainless steel country kitchen sink, new white cabinets and the wood on the bottom has all been painted white which makes it appear to be white bead board. The hallway entry way also has been painted white to make it look more updated. The Master Bedroom was HUGE and so was the Master Bathroom. The second and third bedrooms were very spacious as well, even with the trundle bed pulled out there was plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of serving dishes, utensils, etc. I loved the dual coffee maker for those who still like to brew coffee you can or if you love your Keurig like me there is a place to use K-Cups :). The wood floors were beautiful and flowed nicely through the living room and bedrooms. Even having 6 people in the condo it didn't feel like it and there was plenty of seating in the living room area and kitchen table. The balcony area was massive as well. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the wind blow the grasses on the dunes and the kids could play in the pool since its right there. It was easy access to the beach as well. You could see some water just over the dunes too. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to everyone! We hated ending our vacation and having to go back home, but will stay here again for sure!
