Seaside Retreat Excellent view. Comfortable home, a great place to stay for a beach vacation. 🏖️

Heron Cove The pool was closed, due to a tear in the liner. Was a great disappointment, especially for me because I can’t walk in sand, due to extensive back surgery. The unit is excellent, and we rent it every year. The owner did say she would give us $300.00. I’m not sure why the HOA chooses to not fixed the pool immediately.

Seaside Retreat We really enjoyed our stay here. The only issue we had was with the cable. We continued to lose the connection. This is the second stay here and love the location and the view. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was very nice.

Wonderful home Excellent place to stay. View is phenomenal. Well decorated condo. Coming back again. The staff at Resort Realty are very helpful friendly.

Lovely condo Beach views amazing, have already rented for next year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had not stayed in a condo previously, it was beautiful and a great fit for our family. I am handicapped and your team was excellent at making this as a suggestion, the elevator was critical and fantastic.

Excellent Overall our stay was excellent. The interior was cleaner than last year and the building exterior appears to have had some much needed repairs; however the elevator hasn't been inspected for more than a year (and could use some maintenance). Also noticed the unit had no toilet plunger. While we didn't need one, recommend one be provided just in case. Lastly the recent hurricane totally filled in the beach access ramp and covered the pool area and furniture in sand. No effort was made to remedy these issues the following day.

Excellent Had a problem with ice maker, someone came and immediately fixed it. Condo is lovely looking forward to next year.

Great con! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Well-equipped kithen. The only thing missing are hair dryers in the bathrooms. There should at least be hair dryers in the master bedrooms. We had to go out and buy them. Still a great condo - highly recommend. We hope to be back!

Perfect location and ample room Had a great week at Nags Head and enjoyed being right at the beach and having a great view from our third floor condo. The negative was that the elevator ceased working both on Saturday and Sunday and this left my wife (who has some mobility problems) with no way to exit the facility.

Loved It Beautiful, well equipped unit!

Excellent Great place. Every thought went into making our stay effortless. The bedding and extra blankets. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with both a Keurig and a full pot available. Games and puzzles and beach equipment in the storage area. Parking in Sept was easy peasy!

BEAUTIFUL! We rented this unit for a girls trip. All five of us agreed it was the nicest place we ever stayed. I have never had a place so well equipped right down to the beach equipment. The owner thought of everything. Every room was tastefully decorated with quality décor. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck furniture was comfortable. I can't say enough good about this unit. We liked it so much, we are trying to figure out if we can get together again next year.

Very Good The condo was very nice and accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The third bedroom provided us with storage. The view was amazing. All the mirrors in the condo were rather "dated".

AWESOME! This unit is updated, it's very spacious, has a great kitchen, 2 on-suites, 2 roomy balconies, a beautiful ocean view, we absolutely enjoyed our stay here!

5604 Seaside Retreat This was our first time staying in this condo. It is a lovely condo unit. Well outfitted for our visit and attractively decorated. Very conveniently located to everything. Really enjoyed the large covered deck and the fantastic view of the ocean.

2021 Reserved We just finished our 17th year at Seaside Retreat, and reserved it for next year,wouldn't stay anywhere else. The only thing I could find wrong is, the couches need to be replaced, you could sink down so low it was hard to get up.

Seaside retreat The condo was beautiful which matched the view from the balcony.

14 Years and counting Family of five just completed our 14th year at the Seaside Retreat and we have it reserved for next year, need I say more?

Loved it!!! Seaside Retreat was the perfect condo for our family! We loved the huge private porch and had a wonderful view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach closet being stocked with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys! Seaside Retreat has been our favorite place to stay in all the years of coming to Nags Head!

30+ years & this was the nicest place we've stayed We absolutely loved the property! It would be nice to have a few more towels and washcloths, but otherwise it was very well stocked. We have reserved the same condo for next year. We have traveled to beaches for over 30 years, and this was the nicest place we have ever stayed!
