Very Good We really liked the Ternberry. The location and the house itself were great. I would recommend adding mattress toppers to the beds because the mattresses were very firm. I would also add more window treatments. One bathroom was missing anything covering a very large window and the master bedroom had a window with a pretty flimsy covering that was taped up and needed to be replaced. Other than the mattresses and window treatments we loved everything and would definitely stay again! Oh, and the house is no longer blue so the pictures could be updated.

Very Good We love staying at this property. This was our second stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to all of the OBX attractions, and shopping nearby. The views are stunning and the sound breeze is fantastic. The house is well equipped and comfortable. We’ve made great memories and hope to be back again soon!

Lovely House This home was set up very well and had tremendous views of the sound - which is what we wanted! It was disappointing that the hot tub was not working due to a lightning strike, but the layout of the house made up for it! We felt very 'at-home' in the house. As an older person, the curved driveway was harder to navigate but the house itself made up for it! Would definitely rent it again if we need a home that size!

Turnberry The home had been struck by lightning 2 weeks prior to our stay. Because of that the top floor air conditioning was not working nor the hot tub. Resort Realty let us know and I have to say they did everything they could to keep us comfortable by Putting in window units to keep us cool the house is magnificent and location is unbelievable

The perfect getaway! This home is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. The views are gorgeous and we loved the convenient location, with shopping, grocery stores and restaurants at the front of the neighborhood. The beach is a short walk or bike ride and there's plenty to explore nearby. The home was cozy, clean and comfortable and we absolutely loved visiting here!

First time to OBX This home is perfectly located and well maintained. We utilized the deck for great sunset photos and the grill was clean. The wet bar and pool table offered fun relaxing downtime. The jacuzzi was in perfect condition and very relaxing. The house is located very close to the golf course clubhouse and the pool with beach access. We would have continued our stay if it were available. Rating 100%

Nice week! Great location with beautiful views. House is very well equipped and the top level open kitchen and living area is perfect for cooking and spending time together. We wish there were ceiling fans and more racks or hooks to hang clothes/towels in the rooms. Would stay again!

Vacation rental Place had all the amenities needed for a relaxing week. Hot tub didn’t work the first night but was fixed within a day. A short drive to the beach and pool. Overall I would stay again
