OBX sunset Great view and beach amenities.

Our familiy had a great time at Beach, Please! The location was perfect, very convenient to everywhere we needed and wanted to go. The house is comfortable and well furnished, and the operators take very good care of guests. Any issue we encountered was immediately resolved, and communication was smooth. We hope to stay again on our next trip to the Outer Banks.

Thanksgiving Visit A beautiful warm home, with a great kitchen for making Thanksgiving’s dinner. Great porches to see the sunrise and sunsets, an awesome porch swing. Close to restaurants and attractions. The main reason we visit is to see our daughter who moved to Nags Head for work and we try to surprise her with a great staycation! Beach Please did not disappoint!

Very Accomodating This was our second stay in “Beach Please”. We have found this home to be very convenient to all the things our family needs for our getaway. The home is well maintained and offers many features that we use. It has a well appointed kitchen with plenty of silverware and cooking utensils. The bedrooms are comfortable and offers many features each occupant their own private space. With three bathrooms there is always one close by without changing levels. A huge plus for us is that it is “pet friendly”. Many don’t offer this feature even with an additional fee, so that is a benefit we look for when choosing a vacation home. We will definitely be staying again in this home. It would be a blessing if frequent renters could accumulate “points” for promotions or discounts on future stays if they choose the same home time after time. Thanks for the memories.

It was a great space for our family. The porches and porch swing were well used! Loved the ability to choose beach or pool. Close to everything!

Family Vacation Enjoyed our stay in the Villages. House was accomodating and clean. Resort Realty was very attentive to some minor repair issues.Beach Club access was a real plus.

Great house in a beautiful golf community. Sitting out on the back porch is very peaceful. We especially enjoyed using the beach club. Definitely worth it!

I will always be grateful to Resort Realty for offering dog-friendly properties. Just before I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, COVID hit and changed how we vacationed. We began traveling with our boxer, opting for vacation homes over hotels. Minion was more than just a pet; he was incredibly attuned to my needs and became an integral part of my daily life. Our bond was indescribable, and he was truly my heart dog. Some of my most cherished memories were made in the Outer Banks, where we often joked that Minion looked forward to our trips just as much as we did. Tragically, and unexpectedly he passed away suddenly on February 17, just six months after our last beach trip. While COVID brought uncertainty, it also gave us precious time with our dog, who we know truly loved those adventures. Thank you Resort Realty for making many of those memories a possibility!

Very nice home Very close to pier and grocery store.

Excellent Beautiful home! Just the right size for a family with children. The best location as it was close to everything we wanted to do! The views of the sound are breathtaking!
