Beautiful property The house was very clean and had views to die for! Beach access was super convenient and easy. The pool was extremely clean and clear and all furniture (including beds) were very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this house again in the future!
Overall Good Beach house Good things include; nice large Fridge, Separate icemaker, good dishwasher, new deck boards, good A/C, large sliding glass doors that glide easily and provide a good view of the ocean, large master bedroom on top floor, and it's really close to the pool.<br /> Bad things include; not well stocked with utensils, blinds are a nightmare to operate if you can get them to work at all. Top floor master bath has a tiny shower that will go from full hot to full cold, has no water in the jetted tub and intermittent hot water in the sinks. The outside shower is inoperative, and the dune is so high you can't see the beach from the top deck.<br /> Overall, it is a good place to stay, and Resort Realty is very responsive to any maintenance items you report.
great house this is our second year at this home. my family likes the central location. house is in great shape and overall well maintained. the dishwasher works but can be temperamental to get started. we already pre reserved for next year! I do miss a bit of the tranquility of South Nags head but that is balanced by a good central location, proximity to the beach and access to the pool.
Another great beach week! This was our first time in this unit after having stayed at another one in the same complex. Spacious, well appointed. Easy access to the ocean and spectacular views.
Very Good We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was perfect for our needs and we have reserved it again for next year.
Great oceanfront location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Pointe 4A. This was our first trip back to the outer banks in 10-15 years. We were happy with the location and the house. Only a few pans/kitchen appliances were lacking or needed replaced but not a big deal. The community pool is a good size and very close to to the house as well!
