Love it!
We’ve been renting OBX homes for 30 years. This is in our top 3! Excellent value, location, size, KITCHEN! Minor, minor, minor quibbles: dishwasher very hard to get started, replaced many lightbulbs on my own dime, coffee maker basket broken. Note: if any of your party have mobility challenge, (as w did w an 84y.o. G-mom), someone will have to shovel a path thru a dune that has formed on the boardwalk and its angle of repose mean it continually sends sand across the path. Spent an hour shoveling day 1, then wet down the slope each day to keep it from sloughing off. It’s no big deal, you just need to be aware of it as it may affect some potential renters. FANTASTIC HOUSE!
Nice House. Terrible Weather
Enjoyed our stay at Sea Pointe. Lovely view. Nice amenities. Quiet. Except for the wind. We could have done without the 40 mph winds for three days.
Great location
This was our 7th trip to the OBX and first time renting a smaller property since we only had a party of 8. The location was great and the space was great. The updated main living area was well done. The baths could use an update but they served their purpose. It was very easy to get to and from the beach. If you choose to stay here remember to bring your own beach towels, kitchen linens and maybe an extra pillow.
Wonderful place!
Decor is dated, but otherwise amazing - perfect location, waking up to the ocean view every morning. The layout was also excellent for our family of four.
Beachfront Property
Our family had a lovely time at this beautiful house. So nice to be able to walk out the door and straight onto the beach. Would love to come again!
