“Love it! We&rsquo;ve been renting OBX homes for 30 years. This is in our top 3! Excellent value, location, size, KITCHEN! Minor, minor, minor quibbles: dishwasher very hard to get started, replaced many lightbulbs on my own dime, coffee maker basket broken. Note: if any of your party have mobility challenge, (as w did w an 84y.o. G-mom), someone will have to shovel a path thru a dune that has formed on the boardwalk and its angle of repose mean it continually sends sand across the path. Spent an hour shoveling day 1, then wet down the slope each day to keep it from sloughing off. It&rsquo;s no big deal, you just need to be aware of it as it may affect some potential renters. FANTASTIC HOUSE!”
