Bad to great The Landfall II was a great property. Many things hidden behind the walls like the extensive game room, outdoor kitchen space, pool and all the kind beds made things comfortable for everyone.<br /> <br /> The Landfall should be thankful Resort Manages their property!!
Excellent= Very comfortable and spacious for family of 18. Loved the elevator, specially in the evening when tired from sun and beach. It was great for loading and unloading everyone’s things. Beautiful home!
Great house in a great location, would definitely stay again!
We loved the house. It was spacious and super comfortable. It was also well stocked with most of the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the movie room, heated pool and the arcade machines. They were a big hit. My only critique is that the home was missing a broom and the vacuum was broken. And although it was really nice perk having an ice machine on the bottom floor, the refrigerators did not make ice. But these are minor inconveniences. We would definitely give the home 5 stars and would absolutely stay there again.
We stayed at the house for a week in January. It was an amazing house, fit the group we came with perfectly.
Great house for multiple families We had 3 families with kids and other adults. This house had a great variety of areas to keep quiet areas for naptime and to let early birds get up without disturbing the late sleepers too much.The pool area is great. Only a few negatives, all of the beds are super high, the shuffle board is worn out, the bunk beds are a little wobbly for bigger kids to be on the top and the open staircase had no way to attach a baby gate.
The Perfect House for a BIG family Vacation Landfall II was the perfect house for our BIG family vacation. All 8 bedrooms are more than big enough to be comfortable for the week. The outdoor space is also a huge plus with the cabana, and above average pool size for an OBX beach house. The closest beach access both north and south are definitely walkable and make going to and from a breeze. Depending on time of year and location of the sun, the top front deck is the perfect place to start your day with an OBX sunrise. Our family has stayed here twice, and Landfall 2 will definitely be at the top of our list for our next trip!
Great Outdoor Space We have stayed at this home 3 times over the last 5 years! It’s a great location and perfect layout for our group. All bedrooms have a private bath and the pool and outdoor area are spacious and provide a wonderful gathering space with covered area for shade. We highly recommend this property! We also highly recommend Farm Dog for beach set up!
Family Vacation This home was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Great location. Close to everything. The elevator was the best for my older parents who otherwise would not have been able to come and enjoy this vacation with their children, grandchildren and great grandchild.
Excellent We had a wonderful experience at Landfall II. We were able to have both of our families as well as my in laws to celebrate Easter week. The set up was amazing, and plenty of room for all to be comfortable. You will need to bring drying towels, potholders, and sponges for dishes. The arcade games did not work, but fun was had by all. We would definitely stay here again-it was close to everything!
A week at Landfall 2 We had a great time. 12 adults and 3 children under 9 Plenty of space to spread out and still have privacy Two or three minor maintenance issues but as soon as we called the relator they immediately sent someone over and they fixed it. Can’t ask for any better service It was easier for some of us older ones to drive to the beach access instead of walking to it
Perfect Accommodations for Memorable Moments We loved the location and layout of the home. Being that the family room, kitchen, and dining room are together in an open space, the members of our party was always involved in the festivities. We also spent plenty of time in the backyard swimming, grilling, and socializing. We loved the 7 master suites with king beds, adjoining bathrooms, decks, and tvs. We loved the speed of the internet service and access to a variety of tv services. The elevator definitely came in handy for the many trips of bringing things up and down the stairs. The house also has ceiling fans throughout and three temperature zones, one on each floor. The beach was an easy walk from the house. Our party enjoyed trips to the beach during the day and after sunset. The home is in relatively close proximity to stores, restaurants, local historical sites, and entertainment venues. We couldn’t have found a better home to accommodate our 4th of July / graduation / birthday celebration as a family. Thank you.
Excellent outdoor space We stayed here with 3 other families and everyone loved it! We all agreed we would definitely stay here again! It was the perfect size and layout for us. We especially loved the outdoor space and the bar area which provided plenty of seating and a shady spot by the pool. We also used our beach credit to get 4 bikes and 1 with attached beach cart. That was a great addition!
Family vacation Our family really enjoyed our week at this house. There were so many things to do at the property, no one needed to leave except to visit the beach. Loved having so many nice bedrooms and extra refrigerator.
Landfall ll House was very well equipped with everything you need great place to enjoy the week. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was great plus the cabana made it perfect.

Awesome!! This was the nicest house we’ve stayed in so far in OBX! Inside and outside, things were clean and well maintained. We LOVED the outside games and the inside game room! The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was also nice to have such a fantastic table that everyone could eat at together. We are planning on renting there again next year! Kudos to the homeowners, cleaning staff and Resort Realty!
Great Week House was fabulous, kitchen well stocked with utensils (could use some grilling utensils though). Beds were very comfortable and the movie room was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were also well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Perfect! Could not have picked a better place! Almost wanted to spend my entire vacation in this house.
