Perfect House Tradewinds I was clean and had what we needed!

Great Family Vacation We had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities with the house. The pool and game room were especially loved by all. The house is very spacious and provides plenty of space for everyone. Location was great, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. There were some things that could use some TLC: broken pool chairs, broken chair in poker table room, sheets too small for bed mattresses, paint stick on 3rd floor elevator door (noisy to open and close). Cleaning service was not very thorough, although we were offered to have them come back out but opted not with a young baby in the house who would be napping. These are all minor fixes and overall we would definitely rent this house again. None of these issues prevented us from having an enjoyable family vacation.

Fun family vacation We had such a great time. Room for everyone and tons to do. Loved the beach and the weather was exceptional.

Lovely Home! Nice Layout! Great home, nice amenities, fantastic layout. Enjoyed our time! Could use some TLC, sauna doesn’t work, pool cabana power and music system doesn’t work, shuffleboard should be replaced. But major systems like appliances, hot tub, and AC work well, and overall is a nice, reasonably maintained house. Thanks for a great time!

So truth be told this is our first Air BnB. Having said that we had a great time in and outdoors with perfect weather.. As others have stated the table finish was sticky, they could have some toilet brushes in the bathrooms and some hooks in the bathroom would have been nice. But let’s be honest if that’s the only negative you’re in a good spot. Truly this house is huge, great for all big families! I would book here again and again!

Big Beautiful House The house was beautiful and easily accommmodated our family of 17! The outdoor pool area was key since the ocean had red flags most of the week. We had a couple cleaning issues that were quickly handled when the cleaning company came back. We were told it would be better if the owners provided toilet brushes in the bathrooms. All of the bathrooms could also use extra towel racks or hooks.The kitchen table was wonderful for our big group but the finish was always sticky and we could not get it clean. There was also a shortage of wine glasses.These were just minor inconveniences but wanted to mention.The location and all the outdoor amenities were a big plus. Perfect house for a big group!!

Wonderful amenities, as described, convenient location Tradewinds offered the space and amenities we wanted, plus access to the beach, which our teenagers used everyday. The Mexican restaurant across the street should be mentioned too (try the jalapeño margarita), plus food lion and liquor store on the opposite side of the highway. The house was tidy, and as pictured. A few minor upkeeps items that did not negatively impact our stay, which are hopefully addressed by the agency. The outside space was wonderful, the grill functioned well and outside speakers system too. The pool heater made the entire week enjoyable to be in the water and the hot tub kept temperature very well. The kitchen has the essentials (cutting boards were hard to come by though!) We did find that sound travels in the house, the room by the pool table seems to be the quietest of the house. All in all we will look to book Tradewinds next year for our visit. Everyone agreed it’s been our favorite location so far.

Perfect vacation!!! We have been coming to OBX for many years with our family. There are 14 in our party and this was BY FAR the best home we have rented! Great location, ample parking, very clean and nicely decorated and has most everything you will need!! Our first time working with Resort Realty and they were very accommodating and friendly!! We have already reserved for 2026!!

Great Stay @ Tradewinds 1 Fantastic stay at Tradewinds One. Clean & acceptably maintained property, nice location. Short walk to beach. Plenty of room, nice layout. Sauna doesn't work, and we were missing some shufflboard pucks. Maintenance was able to bring them the next day. Overall, a great time!

Very Good House was clean, beds very comfortable. There were no wine glasses, very few when we arrived. When calling the agency sent someone over to Home Goods and Dollar Store to restock the house with glasses which was appreciated . Understand it is the responsibility of the owner to stock the house, but recommend at each cleaning a checklist to ensure house is stocked with glasses and essentials, no pizza cutter. Sauna was also broken. Not essential during summer months, but disappointing as house advertised it and it wasn’t functioning.

Great sized home Layout, location, amenities all great. Second time renting same home. Noticed some aging of sofa and stains on chairs. Mattress was soft. House was clean this year but not as clean as last year. Would be interested in renting again for our annual family get together.

Nice large home Home was definitely large enough for our family of 18. The kids loved the on-site pool. The beach was a short walk away.

Wonderful large family home We loved having our entire family at Tradewinds 1. The King suites were great for the adult couples and kids bunk room was wonderful for grandchildren.Theater room a great area for kids and parents to chill. Best part, by far, was the large pool and backyard area. Having a covered area to sit and watch shuffle board games and family in pool was great. Large kitchen and being able to all sit together for our meals was heartwarming. We already booked for next year! We can't wait.

Great, new house. This house had everything available. Nice big, heated pool with hot tub be on the same level. Sauna, pool table. Huge smart TVs in every room. Nice theater room. Each room had a bathroom. Every bed except bunk room was a king. Huge kitchen with double appliances. Nice small kitchen on the first floor as well. Beach was a 5 minute walk, literally across the street. Arcade was a hit. Because the house was on the newer side, few things can make the stay a little better, maybe having floor mats, hooks for towels on the back of the doors. We only saw like 10 hangers total for this huge house. Also hot tub needs a new cover. We had few issues that were all addressed quickly (pool not clean, propane ran out, water was cut off for few hours due to leak, sauna didn’t turn on, etc). Also internet was spotty and slow. We didn’t complain about it, so unclear if this can be fixed. But overall, elderly, adults, and kids had plenty to do and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Very Good Great location, updates home! Elevator stopped working, had to place a service call. Maintenance was there to fix same day we called. Fast service! Thank you!

What a great house ! Tradewinds 1 is a lovely house. It is well equipped and in a great location. Couldn't ask for more !

Excellent house in every aspect. We have rented houses in Nags Head for the last nine years and this house is clearly the best.

Great House The house is Great! Very well stocked with items in every location. Beds were super comfy (unless you like rock hard mattress')! They have a Highchair, Play Pen & Baby Gates for little ones. Plenty of seating in the kitchen. Shuffleboard was cool, nice pool & hot tub.
