Excellent Amazing home with all the amenities needed plus a convenient location!

5550-Tradewinds 2 This house inside and outside is perfect for large gatherings. The kitchen&rsquo;s 2 stovetops, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made our meals and cleanups easy. The outside area is beautiful, and access to the beach is easy. The elevator was perfect for moving in and out.<br /> <br /> Please replace/improve the quality of teflon utensils and pans. They are not safe to use as the teflon is badly scratched and peeling.<br /> <br /> The closet in the top master bedroom adjacent to the kitchen smells. My clothes needed to be washed/aired out. Perhaps because the sweeper is stored therein.<br /> <br /> The left washer has a lot of mold inside and could not be used.<br /> <br /> The right bunk bed shakes when touched. Our children were afraid it was not safe.<br /> <br /> We took excellent care of this beautiful home and would like to rent it next year. We have several teachers, a policeman, and an engineer in our group, along with 3 elderly retirees. Please consider giving us a discount as we have been model renters for our many years at OBX.<br /> <br /> Thank you.

Great place... lots of space Our family loves Tradewinds 2. We are 4 sisters with our spouses, children and a few grandchildren. Lots of space and extra rooms such as a middle floor lounge and the movie room on the first floor. The pool area is a great outdoor space and the house is just a short walk to the beach. We also love having 3 fridges and 2 washer/dryers.

Perfect for Our Large Family The facility was excellent for our family of 18. We loved the floor plan, the kids could be downstairs playing pool or one of the video games. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, the table could accommodate us. The beds were comfortable and the corner lot was across the street from a Mexican restaurant and Food Lion. The elevator was a big help for moving in etc. Navigating the area was super easy. All of the equipment was in good working order and it was very clean. We vacation every year and this was by far the most relaxing trip we&#39;ve had, and this house was a big part of that. I will say that it was listed as towels were supplied, but we wound up going and buying 8-10 towels to supplement mostly for the ladies. The pool was large and about 5 feet deep, which was just right for us. The check-in and checkout process was easy, however the instructions were to wash and empty the dishwashers which is the first time we have encountered that rule. As I mentioned before, we vacation annually and this is the first time we encountered that rule; typically simply start the dishwasher is the request. I am not sure what the fees cover if the customer is doing some of the work. I would have given this an excellent rating it weren&#39;t for the towel shortage and request to do the dishes entirely. The biggest issue about the dishes is that with a 10AM checkout many were eating breakfast after 9:00 and there was now way the dishwashers could be done in time to be put away before the departure time. I understand this might be considered nit-picky but it affects a lot on moveout day.

What a great location in Nags Head! Walkable to stores, super close to the beach, central to all areas of Outer Banks. The house itself is huge, had a great layout for multiple families. When we had an issue with the elevator, they were quick to respond and fix the issue.

Beautiful &amp; spacious with lots of fun thing to do so that you do not have to leave the house if weather is bad

Would Definitely Stay Again Beautiful, very comfortable home. Short walk to beach. Loved the double dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. Also discovered an ice machine on the lower level. Would definitely stay in this home again when visiting OBX.

Amazing We love this house. Perfect for our 4 sisters, spouses and kids. Lots of space. Teenagers love the movie room. Short walk to the beach. We cook meals here for a large family and the large kitchen table allows us all to eat together. The pool area includes the cabana and grill and we spend lots of time there. Will be back next year.

House was Great for our needs We stayed with 12 people on a fishing trip. The houses had plenty of room for all of us to have a wonderful time.

Great Stay Tradewinds 2 was just as advertised. The house was clean upon our arrival and was extremely spacious. The pool area was excellent and it was only a short walk for us to be on the beach. We enjoyed this house so much that we booked Tradewinds 1 for our trip next year (Tradewinds 2 was already booked).

Amazing home and vacation We loved this home. Perfect for 4 sisters, our spouses and kids. Short walk to the beach, all the amenities, great pool and hot tub. Home is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great for cooking on the grill and preparing family dinners. Looking forward to returning next year!

Week long vacation Great stay. We would go again to this same property in the future.

Great Christmas Vacation The house was beautiful and it great location , close to shopping , grocery stores restaurants and Beach . Beds are so comfortable plenty of room for a big family. Loved the Big Family Table we had our Christmas Dinner there with our whole family . It was perfect.

Great Vacation Property was exactly what was advertised. Loved the house and pool! House was very clean! The games did not work! The sauna did not work but we were told ahead of time! There were minor issues and the property manager was very responsive! Overall a great time and great location.

Very Good Loved staying here! Close to beach, it was a very short walk to the beach access. Beautiful home, had a hard time choosing which room to stay in! All of the rooms were beautiful with different highlights! House fit all 15 of us very comfortably!! Spent lots of time playing shuffleboard and sitting by the pool. The only complaint we have is sauna was out of order, and at the time of check in to day 3 all the arcade games were not working, Ms Pac Man eventually got fixed, it was such a let down for the kids and the guys, these were the perks for us choosing this home. We called to let them know, and asked if there was any way to be compensated, (getting the pool heated) they said no. But again, that was our only complaint and let down. Otherwise the house was absolutely perfect!

My Stay at Nags Head Nice and comfortable. Convenient location. Plenty of room for fam.

Very nice house Everything was very nice. The pool was fabulous. The only issue we had was with the dishwashers. By the end of the week neither one was working.

Very Good We loved it so much! Wish it was a LITTLE closer to the beach, but we loved the pool, loved how much space there was for all the couples and kiddos, loved how there were so many fridges, sinks, washers and dryers

Great Property We stayed in the property with 6 couples and it was perfect. Plenty of room to move. The amenities are in great shape and the property is adequately stocked with kitchen supplies. The bedrooms are a generous size and the beds are very comfortable.

Awesome Home The bedrooms are great and each one having a private bath is super. The kitchen having two refrigerators and two dishwashers is a big win. One of the arcade games wasn't working which was a bummer and neither did the sauna. Other than that...it was perfect.

Beautiful Home and Large Pool Area House was wonderful and the pool area is very large.

Fabulous!!! We had a fabulous time with our family at Tradewinds 2! The house was very well appointed, clean and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the large pool deck with shade and comfy seating. Our grandkids loved the movie room that doubled as a play room for all of their toys. Hoping to be back next year!

Excellent Our stay at Tradewinds 2 was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable, location was excellent. Pool area was a favorite with the family. Have been vacationing in OBX for years and this was the nicest home so far.

Amazing stay My neighbors and I rented this property for a getaway and had a great time. The house is amazing and clean! Resort realty was amazing and Marilyn was super to work with. Thanks for an awesome time!

Well Designed Home with Great Amenities Well-designed home with great amenities. Very cordial, helpful staff (shout out to Kay and Ruth!) and maintenance crews. By far the most professional and responsive realty we have dealt with in our 15+ years of visiting the OBX!

Fantastic home We have been renting 2 weeks every summer for the last 24 years and this home has been terrific. The owners obviously thought of every last detail. It is beautiful and has every amenity anyway could want. The pool area is the "hang out area for us all " . Large area with not only a great pool and hot tub but terrific tiki bar, grill and lots of great, comfortable outdoor furniture. The inside is just as wonderful. Everything is thought out perfectly. As it is a new home there were issues with the elevator for my elderly parents but I was fortunate enough to deal with a woman Gigi from Resort Realty who's customer service skills were fantastic....she took total control and must have drove the elevator company nuts as they came twice in the same day until it was resolved. Gigi thank you....your sense of humor and follow through was superb....hopefully the owners decide to keep this beautiful home as a rental as I will be re renting this home for the same week next year ...we are thrilled with this house , so comfortable and what a great, enjoyable week we are all having away from the hectic pace of our D.C . Life. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home and thank you Gigi for your great service!!

Tradwinds 2 We had a wonderful time and the house was gorgeous, well stocked and the beach access was close and great with bathrooms and showers!
