Fall break family vacation We loved everything about this house from the pool,hot tub,game room to the very comfortable beds and the short walk to the beach. We hope to come back next year

Lovely week at OBX and Singray Chale We had a great stay at Stingray Chalet. It suited our families perfectly.The house is nicely furnished,beautifully decorated and well-equipped in the kitchen, with TVs in the living, bedroom and game rooms. Great location as just steps from the beach and shopping areas. We hope to return again in the future!

Great Place Tons of space and pretty much all the rooms the same so no fighting over rooms. Great for kids, small dogs and adults who like to party. Close to the beach and stores very close by. Maitenance guy quick to come out and very nice. Pool guys came by a couple of times to ensure it was clean. Tons of kitchen utensils and stuff to use.<br /> <br /> Recommend getting a newer grill and cleaning the vents. Otherwise absolutely amazing!

Very Good Our stay in Stingray Chalet was wonderful, the house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The private beach access was super close and very convenient.

Beach stay 8/1-8/8 We had a great stay for our week in the OBX! We arrived at the home at 430 pm just to check on where things were at with cleaning &amp; they were just finishing up. The staff were nice enough to let us hang out for a few minutes until they were completely finished. We even did a walk through to make sure everything was clean to our standards, which I have not experienced prior with Resort Realty. Home was in great shape, minus a few toilet handles/shower curtains/shower rods which could use some updating. We had plenty of space for our family- more than enough! Linens &amp; towels were clean, beds were comfortable &amp; spacious. Pool was a great size &amp; warm with sunshine more in the afternoon hours which we prefer. Just a short walk across the road to the beach making it easy to go back &amp; forth! Also provided with a parking permit to park in the parking lot across the street with bathroom access- making it easy for our early arrival &amp; allowing us to spend some time on the beach prior to check in. We are looking forward to renting this home again! We have rented with Resort Realty many times &amp; always have had a great experience!

Excellent The house is beautifully arranged with lots of space for our group . Beach was very close and accessible .<br /> We loved loved the pool , lots of sun as well as shade available with a picnic table if u choose to eat out back .<br /> We especially enjoyed the two dishwashers ( made cleaning a breeze )<br /> The elevator took some time to figure out the nuances but was so helpful with bringing groceries and luggage to the floors .<br /> All in all, a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation

Amazing trip, highly recommended Great location and plenty of activities to keep our entire family entertained the whole time!

We had a cousins reunion with 14 of us ladies. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations especially the private bathrooms in each room! The home was clean and offered two refrigerators, one on the lower level and one on the main living floor. Many enjoyed the hot tub with many laughs and fun all around! The pool table and game area was enjoyed by many of the ladies! The dining area was great for meals and playing games! Over all a great stay!

Great property Fantastic home with amazing amenities. Love that it was dog friendly. The amenities were great and the kitchen had everything we could ever need! Everything was super clean and very well maintained. Great location for everything. We will be back!!!

Great place and easy access to beach and restaurants and grocery store. Great location one easy walk to the beach. Nice game room w pool and shuffleboard, enjoyed the theater room and hot tub. Beds were comfortable, elevator made luggage and groceries easy to bring in. Lots of outdoor balconies made it nice too.

Fantastic property, great location The house had so many fun activities, we had a great time with the hot tub, shuffleboard, pool table, arcade machine, and theater room. We also really enjoyed playing a lot of card games on the large kitchen table. The property is conveniently located to a mall, tons of food places, and a very short walk to the beach.

Awesome Family Getaway It was the perfect place for adults&hellip; all master suites. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and serving. The location was perfect for hopping and restaurants. The only hiccup we encountered with connection of tv&rsquo;s to service&hellip; buffered a lot.

fabulous! this home is great, lots of room. The Beds were so comfortable, and having all Masters was a plus. We enjoyed the the game room, it had so much to do. we will definitely rent again!

Great location and amenities This was the best well-stocked kitchen of all the homes I&rsquo;ve rented in OBX. It had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving family vacation. The location was very convenient to shopping and the beach.

Family Vacation Stingray Chalet was outstanding. Everything was pristine, anything you could ever want was provided, and the location was so convenient to everything. Our four grandkids were never bored as the downstairs game room, theater room and a very short walk to the beach provided them with hours of fun. . Resort Reality communication system is excellent and very helpful. My grandkids said &ldquo;best vacation ever&rdquo;.

Excellent Stingray Chalet was very clean - kitchen well stocked - close to beach (3-4 minute walk). Shopping plaza - grocery store across highway. Restaurants were close by. Loved the game room. Definitely recommend this home - would stay there again when coming to the Outer Banks.

Family vacation at Stingray Chalet We loved our vacation at the newer Stingray Chalet 10/7-10/14/23! The bedrooms were very nice for the 11 adults in our family. Enjoyed the privacy of our own bathrooms and king beds. Common areas were very accommodating for larger groups. Media and game rooms were perfect for our group. The lack of ocean views were expected yet disappointing; however the convenience to grocery stores, etc. and the one block walk to the beach made up for it! The elevator was operable but little sluggish. Overall more positives than negatives! Would recommend a stay at Stingray Chalet!

Beautiful House We loved this house! The kitchen was so well stocked with any supplies you may need. We loved the double dishwashers and double refrigerators since we had a big group and made a bunch of our own meals. It was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great House and Great Vacation The location was good even though not directly on the beach but was a very short walk and there were even some ocean views from the top floor. The amenities were great and the kids enjoyed the game room, heated pool, tub and theater room. Loved how clean and modern it felt. We all enjoyed our very own bathrooms as well. House was well equipped with everything we needed.

Our stay Thank you so much for opening up your home to us. Our families visited OBX for spring break, and we all had an amazing time. The house was lovely and kept the kids and adults entertained the whole time. Such a great location and easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and ventured out to some of the local restaurants and shops. We are heading back to Ohio and sad to leave. but hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful House We all enjoyed the beautiful house and had loads of fun in the pool and going to the ocean. We've stayed next door in Six Ways to Sunday for several years and the benefit of the elevator was absolutely amazing! My boys enjoyed to kids bunk room! They kept bragging that they had their own bathroom as well. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed! Cannot wait to return next year!

Family vacation We are visiting from Philadelphia, PA. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach. Pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games were fun. Your home was equipped with everything we needed. We had such a beautiful week to make our family vacation memories.

Wonderful house and vacation! What a wonderful house and vacation! To say we all had a great time would be the understatement of the YEAR! We had 2 families (and our puppy NELSON) stay together for the first time and we all agree we will be doing this again - we are already booked for next year!! Everything from the hot tub, amenities, appliances, beautiful bedrooms, and game room this house had everything we could ever need to have a happy, successful vacation! The weather was not the prettiest as it rained pretty much everyday and was FREEZING, BUT - a rainy day at the beach beats a rainy day at home ALWAYS. We can't wait for our visit next year!

Many memories made! We were a large group of friends and family that came down for a nice vacation. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Beach access was so convenient and the stores were also easily accessible. Pool and hot tub was a great hangout area for everyone. A great vacation with lasting memories made! Me and my wife got married in the living room. Perfect place for our honeymoon. Love this home! This group made great memories by the pool. We had a 40th birthday too. Could not have asked for a better place. Thanks!!!

Great start to Summer! What a great start to summer! We loved the house and location. Easy beach access, the pool &amp; hot tub were must haves for the kids. The weather was a good mix of warm beach days, and rainy movie days. The kids loved swimming in the sand bar, chasing ghost crabs, and playing in the sand. The guys did some fishing at the Oregon Inlet. We visited the Bodie Island lighthouse, and some local shops. We would love to come back and make more memories.

Perfect for the beach! Your home is perfect for the beach. We spent most of our time at the beach, also having our families pictures at sundown. The weather was perfect, hot and sunny, so the pool was a daily place to finish the day. Papone Kupper visited Nags Head some 50+ years ago, returning and seeing the growth has been amazing. Thanks for the memories! Resort Realty was very prompt when we needed them.

Stingray Chalet Three families who have vacationed together for years - 6 adults &amp; 7 (now) young adults. We have been coming from Baltimore to the Outer Banks for many years. We had a perfect week weather wise and LOVED the house. We are so disappointed it's already booked for this week next year. The kitchen was so well stocked and it was just a short walk to the beach. It was our first time not staying waterfront but we were lucky to find this house. Stingray Chalet could not have been more perfect for our families. We hope the next family enjoys it as much as we did!

Memorable vacation We are visiting from Fairfax, Virginia for our spring break. The kids enjoy the hot tub and pool. We love how big the house is and the fully equipped kitchen. The house has everything you could possibly need down to little details like extra outlets and night lights. The kids enjoyed all the entertainment in the game room and playing their VR in the theater room. We will definitely return! Love how all the stores, restaurants and entertainments are close by and that the beach is down the street. Thank you for being apart of our memorable vacation.

Great home and a great location! We were a large group of 17 friends and family who decided to all take a vacation together in the Outer Banks. We stumbled upon this home online and knew it was for us since it was newly built, had a pool, hot tub, game room and theater to keep everyone entertained. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed, from games to just about any kitchen utensil or appliance that was needed. Some rooms that face the highway could have benefited from curtains rather than blinds, as these rooms were very bright at night and made sleeping difficult on some nights. The home is centrally located and made accessing the beach and stores a breeze. Overall, everyone had a great time and we look forward to visiting OBX again one day!

Very Good I watched the home get finished in 2021, I called and booked it immediately. There was no disappointment in my decision to move from Six Ways to Sunday after several years. We weren't able to dry our clothes in less than 3 hours. I suggest a simpler dryer be installed, other than that we enjoyed our stay. This was our 27th consecutive year in the OBX during the 4th of July week. My siblings and I have grown our children up together on this family vacation, now they are doing the same with there kids, from one generation to the next. Thank you

Excellent Stingray Chalet exceeded my expectations. The house more than accommodated our family group of eight children and eight adults. The house was very clean. Everything was in working order. Several members of my family commented that this was the best house we have ever rented. Resort Realty even accommodated a special request for me.

Beautifully Convienient Excellent house and location. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and furniture, beautiful pool and hot tub, and plenty of space! The kids loved the movie theatre and game room. The elevator was convienient for moving in and out. The walkway to the beach was so easy even with 3 kids and a baby. We loved being within walking distance to shops, urgent care, and restaurants.

Excellent Location & Beautiful Home We stayed at the Stingray Chalet for spring break (April 2 - April 9, 2022). The house is new, big and clean with lots of entertainments in the bottom floor (arcade game, pool table, theater room, connect four, shuffle board). We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every day. We were really impressed at how detailed the owner was by providing all the essential needs and a fully equipped kitchen. I appreciate that there was an extra outlet in every room, night light, blow dryer and extra fleece blanket in each room. The kitchen had all the baking items, big pots to cook crab, crabbing utensils, band aids, chip clips, truly anything you need even baby items were available. Oh even an iron was available! We will definitely be returning to this home and recommend it to everyone. Great location, beach is 1 street away! Lots of stores, activities and restaurants close by. Do try Grits Grill across the street, the shrimp and grits, onion rings and funnel cake fries were delicious. Blue Moon Beach Grill - must try their Seaside Buccatini &amp; Fish Taco. You will not regret your stay here!! Thank you to the owners for helping us make this a stress free vacation and providing all that we need. We love the home and look forward to creating more memories in our future stay.
