Amazing place to stay and great hosts.

Had a girlfriend getaway for 6. The house was the perfect setting. Multiple gathering spaces equipped with a everything you need. Would definitely rent again.

The location was perfect, and the house was great! All in all, our stay was refreshing and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house; it was the perfect amount of rooms for the big family we brought, and there was plenty of space for the kids to have fun and run around and the adults to have fun and not get in their way. The house is beautiful and had plenty of amenities. There's beach access within walking distance and plenty of stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything went well. Entering the residence was easy as instructed. The rental home was as described and kept up very well. It even had all the things of home. Like a nice selection of kitchen utensils, extra blankets and bedroom baths. There was a small linen incident in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms but it was discussed and cleared up with Tonie at Resort Realty housekeeping. They have quick and prompt service. My family enjoyed the stay. We will return when time permits.

This was an awesome place for our group of 15 friends! Came down in October, super affordable rate for the off season, hot tub, so many bedrooms, big dining space! Loved the well stocked kitchen. Horrible weather for our stay but lots to do around the house, loved the Mexican restaurant practically in the backyard! We paid to have the heated pool and the heater wasn’t working right, we were refunded immediately. Great place to stay, will be back!!

Great House! Really had a great week despite weather that made it red flags all week. The walk to the beach is super easy and the access has a bath house and no stairs. We enjoyed the pool and large kitchen. We had an issue with a pool pump that was resolved quickly! I would say the only downside to this house is a very small front deck and the benches were very uncomfortable- I would prioritize that since it’s where the ocean views are. Also we would have loved to vacuum a bit or tidy up and the vacuum in the house did not work and can only do so much with a broom. We had everything else we could have wanted!

Clean spacious and good location We enjoyed this stay a lot, we would absolutely stay here again when in need of this much space.

We had a long weekend getaway with extended family. House was as described. A quick walk to the beach was perfect.

Family Vacation This is the second time we have stayed in this house. We love the location and walk to the beach. House is fully stocked and we like the way the house is set up. The pool is great for the grandkids. We hope to return next year.

The house was beautiful The house and all amenities were absolutley wonderful unfortunately the weather was completely awful so we couldnt even go see the ocean or get in the pool but the house was great.

Great House Kitchen was so well stocked and it was so convenient to walk to the beach or to go to the shopping center. If you don't take your own chairs, I would recommend using their free $250 credit to rent beach equipment from VKay Gear. There are no beach chairs at the house. Overall, our family loved everything!

Awesome Sunfish Sanctuary~ Once again Resort Realty pulled out a gem of a home for us to relax and have fun in my home away from home!! The owner's have everything that you could possibly want or need to enjoy their beautiful home. The pool is spectacular to just float away your worries. Linda, my dream agent, helped select this home and I will forever be greatful. This was my mother's last trip to the OBX and I was glad that the home was so comfortable for her the elevator was a plus for her. Thank you Home Owner's and Resort Reality for an awesome week!

Excellent Sunfish Sanctuary was the best house for our family. We have been coming to Outer Banks for 30 years. Loved the lay out and the furnishings. We had a great time. Resort Realty was so easy to work with. We will be back.

Excellent We love this place. Had a wonderful time, the house was beautiful with lots of space for our family. The only thing this house needs is a broom and new baking sheets. We will definitely rent again.
