This is the ideal location for a relaxed vacation! The house is in an absolutely perfect spot to hit up the beach and local spots, especially with a larger group. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and came with their own bathrooms, which is also a game-changer for larger groups.

Dream house What a fantastic beach house .every single detail was perfect the house was immaculate when we arrived. Everything was in perfect working order. Well stocked kitchen but bring your own knives if you are a chef..lol pool was great and the location is better than ocean front bc it’s basically ocean front with a perfect view and the easiest beach access with a bathroom! We can’t wait to come back to this lovely house.

Review The house is very nice! There was a leak under the sink but the maintenance person came right way and fixed it on the same day it was reported! Very well kept!

Coral Quarters We have stayed at Coral Quarters before. It’s a great house for our needs. Resort Realty was terrific about getting back to us right away about the ladder for the bunk beds and fixing it right away that day. We were disappointed that Coral Quarters isn’t available next year for the week we were looking at, but Lisa Beasley very patiently searched with us and found another house that meets our needs for next year. We appreciate it!

Family Vacation House was very good for our family vacation. Four families 8 adults and 8 kiddos. Loved Short walk to the beach, and personal pool. Elevator was a plus as one person had some mobility issues. House was easy to find and near to every thing.

Very Good Great location to shops, food and beach. Elevator is perfect for those challenged with stairs. Convenient beach access with ramp and a private bath house along with the vacay package are a plus for our family.

Overall a great house! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Quarters. It had enough room for everyone and was a short distance to the beach. It was in close proximity to everything including a grocery store just a quick 2 min drive away. We had only minor complaints. One being there were no laundry baskets to carry clothes down to the washer and dryer on the bottom floor. There was only one towel rack in each bathroom, which wasn't enough to hang everyone's towels and we wished there had been some books to read. All just minor things worth mentioning, but definitely didn't ruin our vacation. We plan to return next year!

This stay was perfect and I can't thank of anything I would change. The “Six Pack” consists of six guys that have fished the OBX every October since 1984. We came up with the idea of celebrating Valentines every February with our wives. We have been doing this for a number of years and hope to continue for years to come! Your friendly staff made my check in easy. The rental was clean and well stocked with all our cooking needs. This made our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Nice Stay Very nice and close to the beach. It is close to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. It’s a beautiful home!

Excellent Second time that my family spent my birthday week here. We always have a great time. I just turned 74. The elevator is perfect for me. The large table allowed us to eat together and play games. My family is growing and we may have to find an 8 or 9 bedroom house.

Good location This home is located in a great area with easy beach access. The pool is good for kids because it only goes 4 feet deep. There is a propane grill but no outside lights outback to grill after dark so plan to grill before sunset. Overall, good place to stay.

Family weekend House was awesome, had plenty of things to do inside while it was cold and rainy out.

Great Experience I have bene staying the Outer Banks for close to 40 years and have to say that the quality customer experience with Resort Realty is second to none. Every step of the way from booking to payment to communication before, during, and after renting was excellent. The home fit perfect for my family's needs. My son is recovering from a broken ankle, the elevator was much needed. Love that all but one of the bedrooms had king beds. We had 2 days of rain during our weeks stay, the game room and theater came in very handy.

Valentines celebration This house was perfect for our 5 couples valentines celebration! The elevator was a must for our seniors group. The king master bathrooms gave us the comfort and privacy we wanted. Look forward to staying here again!

Excellent stay! A group of 4 couples stayed superbowl weekend just to get away. The property was beautiful, immaculate, and perfect for our group. Everything is so well thought out. Beach access is right across the street. We especially enjoyed the pool table, shuffle board, and theatre room. We will be back.

Great Place Clean. Great location. Tons of space. Awesome set up for multiple families as each room has it's own bathroom. We had a great time.

Great place, relax with ease Wonderful House, Clean, and had stuff for entire families. Some complained that the mattresses were a little stiff for their backs but other than that no qualms. Hot tub was great and pool was refreshing to cool off after the beach. We’d definitely rent here again and loved the little dark theater room.

Coral Quarters We have been coming to Outer Banks for 13 years and Coral Quarters is our favorite house to date. The location and proximity to the beach were perfect for our families. Everything was in good repair, the cooking supplies were abundant and most beds were comfortable. Thank you!

perfect house for friend vacation I/we have one cons to say about the house- the dryer wasn't working properly-took forever to dry clothes. other than that, it was in the perfect location to beach, stores and restaurants. we had a fabulous time!!

Family Vacation Super convenient to everything & house was perfect for 12 Adults and 4 kids. Game room kept everyone entertained and there was plenty of seating for everyone to hangout together upstairs. Easy beach access & loved everything about the house itself! Will be booking again!!

Perfect vacation home for a large group! Very well thought out design and is beautifully decorated. Everyone had a great space to sleep and plenty of room for gatherings and large meals.

Enjoyable First time using Resort Realty and everything was wonderful. This house has spacious rooms and each family member enjoyed having the private baths and TVs in each room. The kitchen is fantastic with utensils/dishes/glasses that are easy to reach. Also, loved the two dishwashers and the Keurig. The theatre room and game room was a big hit. It took only a few minutes to walk to the beach which was nice.

Coral Quarters - Convenient Location & Great for Groups We had a wonderful time this week at Coral Quarters. The house is in the perfect location to get to and from the beach with ease. It was no problem if we needed a snack for a kid or a cooler refill for the adults, the trek to and from the house took about 3 minutes (just across the street!) The group loved being able to cool off in the pool after a day at the beach, it’s a good size to play games in. Each room has a very comfortable king size bed with an en suite bathroom. This allowed for privacy. The kids room is nicely set up and the kids loved the bunk beds. We had everything we needed in the kitchen as far as cooking utensils, seating and space. The house could definitely use more outdoor seating (chairs on each deck), a deck covering on the third floor (if it rained there was no where outside to sit without getting wet) and a rug to keep the noise down on the top floor (if your room was under the living room all you heard were footsteps, but we also had very active kids!) These items may be on back order due to COVID as stated in the listing. Overall, great trip, we had a wonderful time!

Excellent The facility was fantastic. My family had a great experience. We have no negative comments. Considering that we were the first renters the house was outstanding. We had a few glitches that were quickly fixed. Service response was also excellent. Stairs or steps are needed at the hot tub. The top floor front bedroom door must be repaired. My family wants to return to Nags Head and has to decide on a return date. We will certainly consider renting this house again.
