“SHS OBX 2025 The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! It was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We prepared some amazing meals and the well appointed kitchen had everything we needed, with the added bonus of two dishwashers! The location was great too, beautiful views of the ocean, easy walk to the beach, with restaurants and attractions nearby as well. We really had no complaints but wanted to make two suggestions. One, the hot tub cover needs to be reinforced, it kept blowing open, noting that we were experiencing some very high winds during our stay. Secondly, maybe think about replacing the coffee maker, it leaked on occasion. These are two very minor issues but thought they were worth mentioning. Overall, the house was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent the house again.”

“Lovely house, would love to come back Our group loved our stay at this property. Everything was clean, the house was in great condition. The bedrooms were comfortable and allowed us to have privacy when we needed it. The game room and upstairs great room are spacious and gave our group plenty of room to hang out together. I would definitely come back”
