Excellent The family had a great stay at the Carolina Surf! We were thankful and appreciative at how clean the house was upon arrival. Plenty of space for everyone to be together and have alone time. The only drawback with our experience was that the water pressure was terribly low. If two of the showers were going at the same time, there was a significant pressure issue. I only mention this here so maybe it can be looked at for future guests. Look forward to coming back next year.

Excellent The property was everything we expected. All the rooms/bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen area was large with plenty of dishes, silverware and utensils. All appliances were newer and worked great during our stay.Easy access to the ocean/beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house We’ve been renting vacation homes for 25 years in OBX, PA, and NJ. This is the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is well-equipped with lots of storage space. No families had to share bathroom. Beach access was right across the street. The house was clean. The only slight negatives were that the houses are close together, the pool is small, the hot tub controls didn’t always work, and the downstairs fridge didn’t always work. However, we would definitely stay here again because those things are minor and 2/4 can be fixed.

Excellent Everything was wonderful. House was well equipped for anything. Only concern was we had a difficult time monitoring and adjusting three levels of AC. It seemed as though the controlling unit was the mid floor. The large unit outside has deteriorated so bad we didn't know if it was actually working.

Family vacation The house was everything it was supposed to be the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was loaded with supplies to use for cooking. The only thing the pool was not heated and there was no water in the hot tub, but I can stay within one day they had it fixed for us even on a holiday weekend so customer service was very good

Excellent House, Excellent Location This house has everything you could need for a great time at the OBX. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking and baking utensil, pot, pan or dish. There is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar, table or patio. The location can't be beat--there is an ocean view and a cross walk to the beach right across the street. All the shopping and eating amenities of Nags Head are within walking distance. The grill/pool/hot tub space can entertain a larger group. Would highly recommend this house to any family group!!

Carolina Surf We loved the house, well appointed, met our needs. The covered porch was perfect as my husband and a daughter do not sit in the sun and they were able to enjoy the outside. The covered area over the lowest level bar, table, and chairs was a bonus. Just hope we can use it next summer, too.

Great location Carolina Surf is a great location directly across the street from a very accessible public beach access with a shower and bathrooms. It's a perfect location to see the ocean and sunrise. The kitchen is perfect for casual dining around a large island. The kitchen is also well supplied with cookware and utensils. Thanks to the housekeeping staff for a great job of cleaning the home prior to our taking occupancy. Thanks to Jamie and the office staff for their support over the last two years in responding to our requests. Two items of concern: I didn't like the infrared outdoor grill because it's difficult to light particularly in any wind. I'm very safety conscious and don't take chances with gas. Lastly, the bedroom had a very annoying squeak coming form the headboard. The pool area was very nice including a bar with stools and a television. I spent a fair amount of time working on my putting at the putting green. We've been vacationing during the 4th of July week in the OBX for 25 years and we would definitely rent this house again.

Loved This House! My family and I loved this house and the accessibility to the beach! House has all the pluses and amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Love the game room and golf. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need for making dinner.

Very pleased Loved it! The property was great, but it needs an elevator. The ladies that cleaned the house were great.
