Fun October Stay Really nice house which was perfect for our Annual October Trip!

Great week! The house was great. The only issue we had was the upstairs refrigerators freezer kept freezing over because the door wasn’t sealed well. However, since there was another refrigerator on the bottom floor we just used it instead. The house was clean when we arrived minus under the couch. It definitely needed more attention. I do think adding pool heat would be an awesome addition. Overall it was a great house.

We loved this property! The house was huge! It looks just like it does in the pictures. We enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub and loved that the beach was right across the street. If we had any questions or concerns, Resort Realty was just a call away and were very helpful.

Fall 2025 Nags Head VACAY Great time of the year to get away with friends for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. A couple of glitches, but manageable (code to get in, burned out ceiling light, and a few ants). Great Time.

Very Good Perfect house for our family! Location and walk to beach was great. Had everything we needed and more. Only complaint was the couch in the living room.. it seems to be modular and not have the right pieces so, it wasn’t connected and slid apart all week.

Beach vacation Easy access to everything, beach stores groceries fishing historic sites. Fun for the whole family. House is roomy with plenty of outdoor seating as well. Linen service helpful. Can see the ocean waves from the house

Great house+ great location = great vacation I highly recommend this house for vacationing families. Great beach access, access to shops, restaurants, etc. Enough room to spread out and the elevator is a huge plus !

Great home! Lovely view! Elevator = Godsend! Lovely home. Great amenities but the elevator was key to older generation enjoying it. (mid-level rooms nit as pictured on site: pyramid room is not master. it shares hall bath with other room. Not a real issue for us but just a heads up)

Great house and location We had a great stay at Moongate 1. The house was clean and accommodating for our group. I appreciated the prompt service when we had issues with a clogged tub and sink, and a leaking dishwasher. We would stay there again!

Super Family Time Loved the location and the views. Room for everyone. Prompt attention to the one item we needed to have serviced. (ice maker) Conversation as we left, "Let's do this again next year!"

Very Good Very nice House. Would greatly recommend it to others. Great views from it's location. Hope to book it again in the future.

Excellent Moongate 1 was an awesome cottage with a great beach access. The cottage was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. We loved the decks and the view of the ocean! Having an elevator made our stay so much easier! I would recommend this cottage! We would stay there again!
