Perfect This home provided space for everyone to stretch out. Very close to the beach with bath house which helped us stay longer on the beach. Close to everything restaurants stores and groceries were blocks away. One of the best touches the home owner did was to label everything all the switches were labeled so you knew what fan or light you were turning on and off. Resort Realty was on the ball as well had a couple of questions they answered promptly sent a service tech out right away who was very helpful I definitely would recommend this house and Resort Realty to any one that would ask. Thank you for providing a wonderful week at the beach.

We love the location,etc. You cannot go wrong with any house on Passage Way. The convenience of the beach access with bathrooms, etc is the best as well as being so close to grocery shopping that you can ride your bike.<br /> We enjoyed Magic Triangle but did find some things in need of repair or lacking. It&rsquo;s a big house for lots of people and having a fully functioning kitchen fridge is required and it would be best to have a larger one. Other items that needed fixed were handled by Resort Realty right away so we were extremely happy with them as always.

Family Fun Once again Magic Triangle provided a wonderful memorable family Beach week for 3 generations. In addition to the well stocked kitchen and ample gathering areas, the cabana service from FarmDog and outdoor recreation equipment from VayKLife were top-notch. Looking forward to next year.

Great vacation spot This house is located in a good location, walking distance to stores and restaurants. House has plenty of space for everyone. Pool got used daily and beach just was a quick walk.

Great Home! Customer service of Resort Realty is always top notch. The home worked well for our extended family ranging in ages of 9-68. Pool Heat and hot tub allowed for evenings poolside after a great day at the beach. For the first time since we&#39;ve started staying in the Outer Banks multiple family members said this is the home we want to come back to!

Great stay! Magic Triangle was an excellent home for our family vacation! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The pool area and proximity to the beach access are great features. The house also had an elevator, which significantly helped one of our family members that was dealing with an injury. The house had plenty of space to spread out, but was still cozy and quaint. The heated pool was a really nice feature! The only issue was that the floors weren&rsquo;t very clean when we arrived, but upon notifying Resort Realty, they offered to fix that immediately. A great stay and would recommend to everyone!

Wonderful Vacation Home The home was beautiful and a perfect layout for our family. The elevator made the levels easier for our two elderly family members. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location to the beach was great but would have loved to have 2 beach access passes for the home since we had 2 with physical challenges and a toddler and 6-week-old. Overall, the home was perfect, and we would recommend it to others for their family vacations.

Family Fun Magic Triangle is a great home away from home. The new LVT flooring added to the perfect ambiance for our annual Family Vacation and the weather fully cooperated.

Allow us to stay forever!!! Watching my granddaughter open up and bond with her dad after a 2 1/2-year battle with cancer that no child should have to deal with. She&#39;d never been to the beach and watching her laugh and play in the pool was wonderful.

Excellent Great home, plenty of room and very close to the private beach access. Only recommendation if yoy have a young one and need a baby gate be sure to bring an extended gate for the living room. The ones provided aren't wide enough. I would definitely stay in Magic Triangle again.

Great House- very convenient location! Had a wonderful week in Magic Triangle! The house comfortably fit four families! The pool and hot tub were used everyday as well as the screened porch and balcony facing the ocean! It&rsquo;s a very short walk to the beach and the shopping plaza is walking distance as well or a 2 minute drive. We had an issue with the dryer that was resolved right away. The only other issue was a broken chair on the screened porch that needs replaced. Also - parking was a little tight for four vehicles but we made it work.

Very Good Good location, large and comfortable beds. Kitchen was a bit limited for a large group and was in need of new of new pans and pots. The main refrigerator was working, but struggled to keep items cold.

Great Vacation Home! The house was very nice! Everything was in good shape and they had everything we needed. House came with lots of pool and beach equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and room for everyone Magic Triangle has the best location - steps to grocery store and shopping, and steps to the beach. The only compromise is some road noise between the house and beach, but quiet enough at night. The house is well laid out for mixed generation families and children. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious.

Great location Location across from beach entrance was excellent. House layout with master suites and pool were great. Some areas of house showing wear but mostly minor items (toaster and skillets need a refresh, running toilet, pool furniture). Also, right across the street from Duck donuts and grocery stores.

really nice home We very much enjoyed our stay at Magic Triangle. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. We really enjoyed the screened porch as we had a breezy and cool (for August) week. The few issues were minor to us and things that are expected by the end of the season. I wish they issued more Village of Nags Head parking passes for the private beach access (which was very convenient) - we were not going to load 14 people into one car. We walked and used the one car for transporting chairs and umbrellas. But this house was in a great central location (the Food Lion is right across the main road).

Perfect Place for Our Family Place was perfect for my family and I would definitely rent again if I were to come back to Nags Head.
