Very Good We would love to rent this house again if they provide access to the sound. A simple ladder would suffice. We also had an issue w/the a/c failing Thursday, so we went home early. The realtor was willing to bring in window units, but at that point the temp was 83 degrees indoors and my husband was pretty upset. Other than these two issues we absolutely loved this property.

Options Very nice and cozy place. Enjoyed fishing and crabbing from the dock. Nice quiet community. Easily accessible to many activities and restaurants.

Excellent service Houses are always clean and always supply linens. Customer service is very helpful. We stayed last year and the house was supposed have bikes but they were not usable. You guys gave us bikes. Excellent service!!

Excellent Love this house in the sound side. Very peaceful and everyone was so friendly. House was clean, bed was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. Sitting in the deck eating breakfast and dinner was so nice. We love listening to the sound of the ocean. We on occasion left the door open at night. Resort Realty has been the best. When we arrived there was a vase of red, yellow and white roses that greeted us on the table. Would we use them again or recommend them you bet I would in a heart beat. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent Great location, beautiful sunsets

Loved the House and Location We loved the location, so peaceful, beautiful sunsets, enough space for 6 people. Very welcoming and clean. Best Rental Property we have experienced in OBX.

Beautiful Vacation Rental This was the first time we stayed at Options. WOW!!!! Such a wonderful place! The house was spotless and the views of the sound were outstanding! We enjoyed the dock on the water, very peaceful! This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever been on. Location is close to everything. Definitely would recommend this place! We already reserved Options for the same week next year. Thanks for an awesome vacation!!!!

Beautiful View, Amazing Sunsets The house was simple and comfortable. The view across the sound was breathtaking at sunset. I enjoyed fishing of private dock. My only recommendation would be to have better pots and pans for cooking. I would rent again.

Great Sound Location The location of this home was perfect for sound view. It was on a very quiet street and the dock was perfect for evening sunsets and catching fish all day. The house could use some upgrades, but the location was great!

25th wedding anniversary It was only my husband and myself but we wanted something nice, sound front and there wasn't much left in the area. We are both avid fisher "people" and were in seventh heaven that we could walk out the door to the pier and fish whenever we wanted to. We could then retreat to any of the many areas in the house which were all handsomely decorated. The only thing I could wish for was perhaps a hot tub since there was so much room underneath the house and lights around the pier so we could have fished at night. Thank you to whomever for sharing your house with us!!

We Felt At Home Immediately Spotless! Everything was clean, easy to find and ready to go. We felt at home immediately.

Quiet, Convenient and amazing sunsets! This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and we spent A LOT of time searching for the right town for what we were wanting to do, then the right house or condo to stay. Of course I was nervous before our arrival because you can never be sure of what you will get (pictures can be deceiving). When we pulled in the driveway and were staring directly at the beautiful sound, I was amazed at how close we were. The house is in the back of a neighborhood with no outlet so it was very quiet, but the great thing was that we were still so close to all of the action! The house had all the amenities that we needed and was perfect for our family. If I had to say one negative thing it would be that the beds were quite squeaky. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay and will probably try to stay here if we visit the Outer Banks again. Working with the realty company was very easy and there were no unpleasant surprises during our stay. I was so pleased with how wonderful everything worked out.
