“Historic Gem As one of the original 13 cottages on the beach, you walk in and feel the history of this special cottage. It has all the wonderful quirks of an old home and all the charm that goes hand in hand with that. If you are wanting to rent a spanking new home with many floors and all glass and stainless steel, then this isn&rsquo;t for you. This home is for those who love the classics, nestled in the best part of the OBX with its private beaches and timeless, old school homes. Every time we come back to this house it&rsquo;s like coming home. She has everything you need for a relaxing beach front vacation. This year we were even treated to weather that allowed us to keep her opened up and let the perfectly designed home breathe in the cool sea breezes instead of air conditioning (which of course it has). This house is a treasure for those who seek the epitome of vintage Nags Head.”
