Very Good House was excellent&hellip;very spacious &hellip;plenty of room for our family<br /> Pool &amp; hot tub were wonderful additions to keep kids happy<br /> Only negative was no direct access to beach&hellip;should have been listed in description<br /> We had 2 eighty year olds &amp; there was no place to<br /> Park if we could drive to the beach<br /> The 2 large refrigerators were a major plus but one ice maker didn&rsquo;t work.<br /> One bedroom fan didn&rsquo;t work &amp; a mechanic never showed up yo fix it.<br /> The house itself was great with some minor inconveniences.

Great Time! This house was great for our group (12 adults). We loved how much space there was for everyone to spread out while also spending quality time together. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved all of the games/books provided as well! The guys loved the Rec room, while the gals enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We were worried about the walk to the beach, however it was not bad at all! The weather was not great while we were down, so we were grateful to have a nice house to stay in!

OBX 2025 The house was awesome. Fully stocked kitchen. Convenient to stores and beach! The only issue we had was we never found the remote to the 2nd floor large King bedroom. Also the curtain rod at the sliding doors in the same room was broken so we taped it. We definitely will stay there again!!

Excellent House was great. Loved the layout. Kitchen was well equipped. Distance to beach was further than anticipated.

Below Deck Was a Hit The 10 of us ALL enjoyed vacationing in Nags Head and Below Deck home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the space that we could spread out or join together as well as the privacy of the many bedrooms and bathrooms. If you ask our grandkids they would say the POOL was their favorite thing. For the adults, it was the fully stocked kitchen, and vast decks that we could find a quiet nook to read or take in the sunrise, sunset or breath the ocean air. We all agree, this house fit us perfectly!

Very Good The house itself was beautiful and in a great location. Beach access was a short walk. Would absolutely recommend it

Very Nice Very nicely decorated! Beds are very comfy (would love to know the brand)!! TVs in master bedrooms were a little difficult to set up. TVs/DVRs would be nice in the bunk bed rooms.

Beautiful Home This house was perfect for our stay. It was big, very nicely decorated and up-to-date. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage for our things and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. The walk to the beach access wasn&rsquo;t too long but we were thankful we brought a wagon to carry everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home I love the renovations in the home and the way it is decorated. The open kitchen and living room was perfect for a big family. The outdoor shower was a grear. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay! We loved Beyond the Breakers! Beautifully decorated. The owners really take pride in ensuring it&rsquo;s kept nice. Would recommend to others. Will look to rent this house again in future.
