Fantastic Home I just spent a wonderful week with all six of my children and their families at Ey Believe. The home and the amenities could not have been any more perfect. The home was extremely well cleaned when we got there. Resort Realty and its maintenance staff were great to work with. The garbage disposal went out and a serviceman was out the next day. He was so respectful. The house itself had everything that you need to make your stay a great one. Having the cabana set up was a game changer. The kitchen was large and stocked with everything we needed. (Might want to get a few oven mitts) The two dishwashers and two refrigerators were perfect. It was great have a refrigerator on each of the other two levels. Having the elevator was awesome. We have stayed in many waterfront homes on the Outer Banks, and this was definitely at the top.

Absolutely stunning property! Tons of rooms and very clean. The ice maker was such a huge plus!! Gorgeous views and direct access to the beach. There were a couple of things that were a miss. The theater was not hooked up. Nothing was plugged in. It would be really nice if there were instructions on how it worked as well. They do have surround sound speakers in the house but there were not instructions. They do provide an electronic welcome packet with information on the property, however having a hard copy at the property would also be helpful. I briefly read the electronic copy and it was stated that toiletries are not provided, which is not an issue. They did not provide hand soap in the bathrooms. I have never had that experience before. They do provide 1 liquid hand soap for the whole house. It is a small thing but it would be nice. Just plan to bring or buy hand soap, paper towels, trash bags and possibly toilet paper depending on how long you are there. Again, not huge deals but these items have been standard in rental properties in general. We did enjoy our time there and would absolutely stay there again!

Great Vacaion!! We’ve been to a lot of different places for beach vacations but Ey Believe is the best by far!! The house, the amenities, and location are the best!!

Very Good First of all, I want to thank the owners for allowing us to bring our Guide Dog in training. She benefitted greatly from the experience. We really enjoyed the house. It had a number of features that were exceptional, like the large common area on the top floor, the cabana service, and the multiple refrigerators and dishwashers. The pool layout was very nice with the shallow baby pool area on one end and then the deeper part for older kids and adults. We rented the property for 2 weeks. I am a former Nags Head rental beach house owner, so whenever I rent a property, I look at it from the point of view of the owner and the tenant. I always appreciated information that would help me enhance my tenant’s experience. I know by the end of the season, many things have deteriorated by virtue of having several dozen families live in the home, so by August, the experience is different than in June. With that in mind I offer a few comments on things I noticed. 1. There were many burnt out light bulbs throughout the house. We reported this to maintenance, and they came and replaced as many bulbs as they could. They told us the lights in the fans were “specialty bulbs” which had to be ordered and would not arrive before we checked out. The biggest inconvenience was that the nook in the top floor could not be used after dark since the fan light was the only light in the room. 2. The fan in the first-floor street-side bedroom did not work at all. This was reported to maintenance. When the repair man came, he told me the fan and wall unit would have to be replaced together. He left and nothing more happened. The fan was never repaired. 3. I know the house is a non-smoking house, but I was surprised by the number of cigarette butts and large cigars that were scattered around the pool area and the front and side grassy areas. Not good with small children around. 4. The Keurig’s carafe side could not be used because there wasn’t a carafe that fit. The K-cup side worked fine. I suspect the carafe was broken sometime during the summer and not replaced. I did not report this maintenance. 5. The propane tank for the grill was empty. We discovered that when we went to use the grill one night for dinner. Maybe that could be checked periodically to see if there is propane in the tank. 6. There were only 2 drinking glasses in the kitchen cabinets. We bought plastic cups to get us through the two weeks. The house had plenty of coffee cups and wine glasses and otherwise was pretty well stocked. That’s most of the issues. As I said, our family enjoyed vacationing at your property and will likely try to return. These comments are just offered to help you improve the renter’s experience. Thanks again!

Best one yet! We have been to Nags Head three times in the last four years; this was the best beach house we have ever stayed at. Location: Food Lion two minutes away, ice cream across the street, a short walk to the pier. Beach House: great lay-out, game room and theater were a lot of fun to use for the whole family, bathroom near pool was appreciated, second floor bedrooms with gathering room was nice to have, the grand kitchen and dining area were spacious. My big family was never crowded. Four frigs! Great pool (needs cleaned more often), tables to build puzzles kept us busy. Coffee and wine bar - how nice is that! Ice machine - invaluable! We absolutely loved the VayK amenity that provided canopy and chairs - set up and taken down everyday for us. Without a doubt the best one yet!

The most relaxing week ever! We love OBX! Resort Realty reached out to us to let us know the AC was not working in one of the floors and checked in with us multiple times throughout the week to check in and see if we needed AC window units. We didn't need it but it was nice of them to check in with us to make sure we were comfortable. Everything was wonderful!

Resort Realty made it easy to book our dream home for our Spring Break trip. The house was perfect - plenty of room on the first two floors for the crazy teenage boys we had with us, and peace and quiet on the 3rd floor for us exhausted parents!

Very Good Ey-Believe has a great location right on the beach and close to so many family fun activities. The size allowed our whole family of 15 to stay together and enjoy many hours of laughter and fun. There is some upkeep that needs to be done but nothing that hindered any of our activities.

Ey Believe This was our second year at Ey Believe and it was even better this time. From the industrial kitchen, refrigerators on every floor, elevator, theater room, pool, ice machine and pool table, what more could you want!!

Great house Loved the property

Magnificent A stunning home with all the amenities. Spacious rooms for everyone to spread out and conveniently located next to numerous grocery stores. Stunning ocean views with easy beach access.

Cozy yet spacious right on the water! We enjoyed a wonderful week at Ey Believe! The house is decorated so nicely and is very clean! You cannot beat the view and the convenience coming to and from the ocean! The kids loved being able to go back and forth. The hot tub was spectacular at night and the pool was the icing on top! We made delicious dinners with the fully stocked kitchen (loved the big pots for our shrimp feast). At night we were able to walk literally across the street to a yummy ice cream shop. And there’s a cute gift shop also right across the street. The movie theater room was a hit and everyone having their own bathroom was amazing! Can’t wait to book again,not sure you can find another house with such beachy vibes/ space.

Beautiful Home What a beautiful and well equipped home. The grandchildren were so excited to be able to have their very own bathrooms! The game room was super fun and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. There was lots of room for everyone and we sure enjoyed our vacation at Ey Believe.

Great house We loved the house. It was beautiful and spacious enough for a relaxing long weekend with the girls. The kitchen was well stocked for the meals we wanted to make, etc. The only comment is the technology was a little challenging even for 2 of our group that are very tech savvy. The main TV upstairs was missing the original TV remote so streaming wasn’t possible until we discovered the TV in the movie room was the same. Then the problem was solved. Other than that it was absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t let that stop anyone from renting it. That was a minor issue and honestly during the summer you’d be out enjoying the beach and pool etc. The management company was also fantastic and responsive, much more so than others we’ve used in the past. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Beach Home Wonderful home. Had 2 couples and 7 kids. The house is very clean, right on the beach, great pool, great game and theater room, plenty of space for family time. The beach is perfect, the house was perfect, and the location is super convenient - close to everything in Nags Head. Would definitely return. Management company was also great - very responsive when we had questions. We love that the home offers a tent and beach chairs set up each day. So convenient. Lovely place.

Excellent We used the kitchen daily and couldn't believe how well-equipped it was. The house had every comfort we could have wished; we thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Great Vacation Home! We really enjoyed EY BELIEVE! After many years of going to the OBX we found this house to be one of the best maintained and cleaned places we have stayed. It was very welcoming. The amount of king bed rooms were awesome for our sized group (6 couples within the 2 families) and the bunks and twin rooms were perfect for the kids. We used every room! The large glass door that opens to the deck is spectacular and really stepped it up a notch! We would definitely recommend EY BELIEVE to others!

Awesome Summer Vacation This place was amazing. Our party included 3 families and there was plant of room. Location was amazing, short walk to the grocery store and many little shops and restaurants. The house was incredibly well equipped. The included beach cabana service and rental gear were a thoughtful and convenient addition to this luxury spot. We would definitely come back. One of the refrigerators in the kitchen was broken when we were there. Resort Realty informed us of this several hours before we arrived and offered to deliver a cooler. I appreciated to proactive effort by the Resort Realty team. There are 4 refrigerators in this place so we were easily able to get by with three. Only other feedback was the folding door, which is prominently featured in the listing, is not functional. When we reported it they said it didn’t work and not to try to use it. I’d suggest clarifying this important detail in the listing.

Cleanliness of House we have been coming to the OBX for over 7 years and have always been disappointed with the overall condition and cleanliness of the homes we have rented. We felt that for the amount of money we were charged that the house should at least be clean. This house did not disappoint. Awesome job!!!! Thank you!!!!

Incredible Home This home has it all - comfort, convenience, upgraded finishes, wonderful pool and hot tub, incredible game room and theater. With 8 full bedrooms and attached baths to each BR, this home has plenty of space and helps all guests have fun. Brand new gas grill, large screen TVs in the common areas, coffee nook, wine cooler/bar, plenty of seating etc. etc. Don't skip Ey Believe - it is amazing!

Our Favorite Home to Rent! We previously stayed in this home when it was known as "Recovery Room" and were delighted to see it's even better than before! The pool heater has been upgraded and worked beautifully for our late September stay. It was perfect for our family and celebrating a 50th birthday together.

Excellent The porch on the third floor gives you an unbelievable view and comfortable seating. The game room and theater keeps you busy on a rainy day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possible need. It's a beautiful and relaxing home.

Excellent This house was amazing!! We were especially impressed by the kitchen (size and how well it was furnished) and the game room (choice of games). The pool was totally enjoyable as was the hot tub. We so appreciated having the cabana service daily. It made being on the beach so comfortable. Thank you for making our once in a lifetime experience memorable! P.S. Having an elevator really helped when moving in and moving out!

Living the life This is a first class beach house. It has everything you could imagine - all in working order. The elevator provides easy access to all floors. It is ideal for large groups. The heated pool extends the seasonal aspect. Pool table, shuffleboard, and fussball is all there. Parking plentiful. Enjoy and relax !!

Beautiful home! This was a lovely home with terrific amenities. We usually stay in oceanfront homes that are nice but have basic amenities. Staying at this house was so fun! I hadn’t played pool or foosball in forever. We also enjoyed the theatre room and hot tub. Gorgeous views and so convenient. If we could come back in the off season again, we would. The only disappointing thing was no chairs or umbrella for use but that was a minor inconvenience.

Amazing! The house was beautiful! My MIL could get out on all the porches in her wheelchair and got to watch the kids in the pool which was a treat. The kids loved the pool and the easy beach access was great for different family members to do their own thing. Would stay here again!

Great Beach Home We enjoyed the home!

Awesome Week at Recovery Our family had a great week. The house is perfect for a large family vacation. The pool was great for big and little kids. The location is the very best. It is so convenient to everything. My personal favorite part is the porch that opens up the entire top floor to an unbelievable view of the ocean.

Good 2nd year renting. Ideal for our family

The name says it all! What a great place. Being able to open the back of the top floor made it feel like beach was in your living room. Nothing but the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze. The cabana service was top notch by surf dog as well. My only wish is that my recovery at the recovery room could have lasted 2 weeks. Would definitely stay there again.

Best place we have ever stayed in The best place we have ever stayed in on the Outer Banks and we've been coming since 1982! Really loved the wall of doors to open up at night when people sat out on the top floor. The pool was great with the young children with the shallow end. So many things made this an amazing experience for our family!

Wonderful House Recovery Room was a wonderful house for our families. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Nags Head. The cabana service is so very nice. We also appreciated the mid-week spiff clean. Those services were bonuses that were much appreciated. The keyless entry is really helpful, especially with multiple family units. It is also very nice to not have to physically check in/out somewhere. We do not know what our summer plans will be in 2017, but if they bring us back to Nags Head, we would definitely rent again.

Haven This home is truly a beautiful getaway haven. Everyone had their own space and although we had 2 days of rain, our week together was just amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better house with all the amenities! This home was totally complete. There was NOTHING left unturned.
