A Wonderful Cottage We love Pier1 Retreat! The floor plan is perfect for our family. We all love the tall chairs on the porch overlooking the ocean. The decorations are very casual and beachy. Perfect!

Very Good time with family Had a nice, relaxing week with family. Pier 1 Retreat was clean, and was what we were hoping for. Easy access to the beachfront and sitting on the deck was so peaceful We cooked every meal and it was nice having everything we needed at our finger tips and the kitchen was large enough for 3 sisters to prepare meals. We spent most of our time upstairs enjoying family time in this large open living area playing games and looking out at the ocean. The pier was right there near the house and we got to fish off the pier and enjoyed fishing from the beach. Another wonderful week at Nags Head.

Wonderful Vacation This home fulfilled all of our needs for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was well equipped.The three refrigerators were a big bonus! Beds were made when we arrived and the house was clean. We had easy access to the beach with with the boardwalk and sand dune deck. We have been coming to OBX for 35 years. This is our first experience dealing with Resort Realty. The Staff from Reservations to Maintenance was wonderful to deal with. When I called with a few minor issues, they were taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend Resort Realty! See you next year.

A Wonderful Week We have stayed at Pier 1 Retreat for several years and love it. It is perfect for our family. The house is very attractive and has everything we need. We especially love sitting in the chairs on the deck watching the ocean.

pier 1 retreat Beautiful home that is obviously ROUTINELY IMPROVED. That gives me confidence in renting again because I know it's being kept nice. We'll appointed kitchen with everything you could need and it's kept neatly organized. Good non stick pans, blender, crockpot, etc... Great idea to move the dinette set from ground level up to top level. We have all kinds of games and puzzles taking up room on large dining table so it helped! Great new couch and love seat...good quality. Love the high colorful deck chairs and the clean view of the ocean.PLEASE DONT CLUTTER UP THE GORGEOUS VIEW WITH A POOL!! Not every home needs one! Master room had a beautiful, soft, brand new blanket..so warm. Our time here is precious family time and it's nice to simply walk in and everything is ready. The Happy Stays app is great to use!!!

Excellent VERY NICE HOME,WELL KEPT

Amazing property. Plenty of space. Great location This house is massive with easy access to the beach. Great for multi families or very large families. Hot tub is a nice extra to have at the house. The house was clean and updated. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

54-58 Pier I Retreat The house is very spacious and was very clean. We loved the location-excellent beach/ocean view and excellent view of the pier. The furniture is in great condition and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need for preparing meals. We had a great stay and would definitely stay at Pier I Retreat again.

So much space! This beautiful home has so much space. It fit our family well. Kitchen is very well stocked and our one maintenance request was addressed immediately. All beds were very comfortable.

Pier 1 Retreat Nice location with great beach access. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and furniture was in really good condition. Only issue we had were the tubs on the 2nd fl, they were a bit difficult for us to step into. We are in our 70's & 80's and there are no grab bars. That shouldn't be an issue for younger people, but older clients - be advised.

A wonderful cottage Pier 1 Retreat is the perfect vacation cottage for a family of 10. The beautifully decorated cottage is fully stocked in the kitchen. It has plenty of room for dining and just being together. It is our favorite place to stay at Nags Head.

Great Thanksgiving Great place for a Thanksgiving gathering. Sun, Fun, and Beach what else could you ask for!! Open and airy rental with great deck and view of the ocean. Three floors to spread out. Close to everything.

Very Good This place is "home away from home" as have been renting it as often as possible since 2005. And I pout whenever it's already rented for the timeframe when I can make it to OBX. It could use a bit of tweaking now & again, but I usually stay in the late fall after it's endured a full season of families. The location is perfect - the views fantastic and my brother can even see if fish are being caught from the pier!

Excellent We enjoyed watching the sunrise and dolphins from the oceanfront porch each morning, while enjoying a cup of coffee. The beach home was beautifully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed our stay in Pier 1 Retreat.
