Fabulous for a 2nd year! After staying here the same week last year, we rebooked for this 2026 season. The views are breathtaking with unmatched sunsets. House is very clean, inviting and well laid out in a fantastic location. The ONLY recommendation possibly could be more living room seating - perhaps another love seat or recliner would be great so people don't end up in the dining room. I'm sure we will be back next year! Thank you!

Great location . The views from the house are beautiful. Excellent restaurant options are within a few minute drive. Very quiet area with a short walk to the sound beach access and only a short drive over to a beach access. Very nice property and Resort Realty was very clear and easy to work with.

Great View! This house is nicely furnished and centrally located. My only suggestion is that a king bed would have added more comfort to a wonderful stay. I would like to thank Resort Realty for an easy reservation process, attention to calls late on check in day( thank you to the people who replaced the linens), and a seamless checkin and checkout process.

Such a beautiful relaxing house. The view was Amazing. Watching the dolphins from the top definitely made my vacation. Very easy access to the house and for the guys to go fishing. We were very thankful for being able to bring our service dog. She also had an amazing time.

Perfect location for our vacation! This home is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the sound. It has new decks where you can have your coffee in the morning and watch the sunsets in the evening. You do not hear any traffic noise. It is centrally located so you can easily visit numerous areas of the Outer Banks. It is conveniently located close to grocery stores, shopping mall, restaurants, hospital, and convenience stores.. it is within minutes of the ocean front and the piers so you can enjoy being on the beach or fishing off the piers. We would welcome the opportunity to stay there again!

Excellent This home was the perfect spot to spend the week in while visiting the Outer Banks Area. It has a beautiful sound view where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee out on the new decks or watch the sunsets. The house is in a quiet area and you do not hear any of the traffic noise. The home is in good condition and had everything we needed. We would welcome the opportunity to stay in this home again for our next visit to the Outer Banks.

Great I enjoyed Thanksgiving week with my family. Resort Realty left us a foil tray for our turkey and a card thanking us for staying during the holiday. I thought that was very considerate of them. We had a great time and could see the sunset everyday over the ocean. It was beautiful. The only negative I have about the house is the stairs coming into the house seemed like they needed to be updated and the master bed was not as comfortable as the one at my house. Besides those two things, the house was great. Thanks resort realty, we will stay again!!

Great home! Being able to take in the beautiful views of the sound from the upper deck was worth it alone. The house was very clean, family-friendly, laid out well, and in a great location

Sound Escape Rental Sound Escape was a lovely house that offered exactly what was described. We arrived to a very clean and comfortable house. The only issues we had were minor and resolved quickly by Resort. There was a lounge chair in the living room that was broken and the heating element on the dryer didn't work. Both problems were corrected promptly. I would definitely recommend the house and Resort Realty to anyone.
