Excellent We had such a great vacation in your home. Had everything we needed! Close to the beach, Snowbird, Lucky 12, Kitty Hawk Kites, Surfin Spoon and Jockey Ridge.

Great House This was our first time staying at Latitude Adjustment and it was perfect for our sized group. We had 3 families with 4 children and 6 adults total and the layout of the rooms was perfect, especially for those with young children. The proximity to the beach was amazing and we would absolutely rent this house again!

Very Good We love staying at Latitude every time we come. If we have any trouble they are always there to fix the issue!

Very Good Latitude Adjustment was well equipped and offered plenty of room for our group of nine. The teens got a lot of use out of the pool table. The wet bar on the main level proved to be very convenient when hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Beach access was super close, and we loved being able to walk to Snow Birds, Surfin Spoon, and the pier.

Great Beach House Something for Everyone We have come to Nags Head for years! Latitude Adjustment is a favorite now. It’s not oceanfront but next best thing. Super convenient beach access right across the street. Life guard on duty. Ther kitchen has everything you need and then some. The only disappointment is there’s no ice maker on the fridge.. Beds super comfortable and there is enough beach gear you really only need to pack your cooler and a couple bathing suits. Our grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub. Grill was new as well as beach chairs.They are still small so we didn’t make use of the game room or cornhole but it’s all there. The tiki bar is adorable. When we arrived the top floor AC wasn’t working but they promptly came to service and since they needed a part they put in 3 window units until they can repair the AC. We were comfortable all week. Great customer service! My husband is not a beach person but he even commented how much he liked this home!

Great Vacation Home This home had plenty of everything for 3 families to have a wonderful vacation experience! Lots of space for all, plenty of items in the kitchen, lots of deck space. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All furniture was comfortable. Love the fact that there is a public beach access with a lifeguard tower right across the street. Super short walk to 'snow bird' which had good food and of course ice cream. All members of our family said they would definitely stay here again!

Excellent There is nothing to complain about this property. It was near perfect. The location is just across from the beach with beach access nearly directly across the street. Pool and Hot tube in great shape. Owners provide lots of pool floats, beach goodies including chairs and umbrella, even corn hole game. Kitchen VERY well equipped, (we used the griddle every day for pancakes), different coffee makers, mixers, food processor, and more. In fact so much stuff, little cabinet space for food but no big deal. Most went into frig. Beds comfortable, TVs everywhere. This is the first place we stayed where the beds were made with fresh linen when we arrived and each room provided 2 towels as part of the rental price. (We brought extra but you could live with those provided). Just one thing - the kitchen lack cleaning supplies - no wet floor mop. We like to clean up our messes. Could have used kitchen towels and dish clothes. Otherwise, just a perfect stay and perfect location.

Awesome experience for the 3 year in a row! This was our 3rd summer and we love staying here! We can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Family Vacation The house was beautiful and all it was promised to be. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. Also loved the Nags Head location on the island!! We enjoyed use of the pool everyday! We would recommend this house for all categories!

Great house! Great location right across the street from the beach access. Great pool area with comfortable poolside furniture. Spacious and well decorated rooms. We were very happy with this home and had a wonderful vacation!

We love this house!!! We love staying here. The location to the beach is excellent and it has everything 3 generations of family need. The kitchen is stocked so well. There is nothing you need to bring.

GREAT WEEK IN OUTER BANKS WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME STAYING AT LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT.LOVED THE HOT TUB, POOL AND POOL TABLE. LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR BEACH ACCESS. KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE.

2 nd time staying here From the location to every thing you need in a house or for the beach ! This is the perfect house , my family of 8 had more then enough room. We love this place and will definitely stay again.

Comfortable home, super location Great family vacay home for multigenerational family. Enjoyed access to beach across street and private pool.

Nice Relaxing Visit The weather was not quite what we hoped for (a bit colder), but that was just fine. Plenty of space to spread out for a little bit of quiet when needed, but lots of areas to gather together as well. Being just across the street from the beach and public access spot was great with two smaller kids, so frequent short trips to the beach were much easier.

Cut short The house was perfect and it provided us with all our needs. The pool was perfect and relaxing. The home was roomy and bright. Thanks to hurricane Dorian we did not get to fully enjoy our stay.

Guest The house was absolutely perfect for two families to share. The location was also fantastic, situated directly across from the beach entrance and by the lifeguard stand. There was a lunch take out place a minute away on the same street as well as several other restaurants, shops and a 7/11. The house was in great condition with a lot of amenities. We used the pool, hot tub, and pool table daily. And the main kitchen table was ideal for playing games and cards. We highly recommend renting this house. The owner and realtor was also very helpful and responsive!

Great Home! One of the best homes we have stayed in and we have been coming for over 40 years. It would be absolutely perfect if this home had an elevator, too many stairs. Great home!
