Excellent Everything about the house was perfect. the location, the decor made it fill comfortable. we will definitely want to rent it again for the years to come

felt like home! back to back years in this home. lovely again! well taken care of and loved the upgrades around the pool. The elevator is a game changer. A must-have as we age. LOVE this home!!!<br /> (1 improvement would be higher commode in primary or grab bars. Hard for seniors to easily get up and down from) We hope to be back next year!!!

Great vacation! Everything was wonderful!!

Beautiful Home The home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had everything you can imagine. The kitchen is well stocked with all gadget, utensils, and small appliances. They even had all the tools needed for the grill The beds were very comfortable and the linen service was great. The heated pool was a dream! The only two issues were the dryer stopped working and although the maintenance was very prompt in attempting to fix it, they had to contact the owner about getting a new one, so we were without it for the last three days. We only tried the dishwasher once as it didn&rsquo;t seem to get the dishes clean The location is great. An easy walk to the beach and for ice cream. Overall we had a great time and would love to return again!

Excellent The space was perfect for our family. House was very clean. Everything was there that we needed. The only negative I would say is that the 1st day the pool was not very warm. Not sure when the heat was turned on. We would stay there again.

Caroline Gray Lovely house with nice touches throughout. Very clean, neat,welcoming touches. So many amenities!I love that 4 of the 5 bedrooms have comfy king size beds! Well stocked kitchen (wish list air fryer!). We had some rainy days so I wish the wifi worked better. The TV in the extra den area does not pick up wifi at all so its not usable(maybe a wifi extender?). Additionally, lovely pool but we had to keep filling it, everyday, big leak. Overall, this house is wonderful, spacious, well cared for home with thoughtful touches throughout and I would definitely rent it out again!

Very Good Very nice house with a good location to the beach. Bedrooms are perfect for a large family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for those nights cooking in. Would definitely stay there again!!

Might be our Favorite in 30 years! This property has it all! Spacious and lovely. Felt like our home away from home and not a rental. The decorations and amenities are beautifully curated. The labels inside the kitchen cabinets are genius! Everything is so organized! All properties should do this! The railing and deck off the dining room needs a look for wear but all in all&hellip; we can&rsquo;t wait to stay here next year!!!

Excellent We have stay in this home many years we just love it. The owners keep this home up very well every year they do something to the property . It kept up very well.

Carolina Gray Great house.

Very Good We have been coming to OBX for 15 years and have rented many homes.As our family grew we needed more beds and baths etc. Carolina Gray worked ,we have rented it again in 2024. As far as small things the kitchen could use more towels and perhaps a larger Keurig,more porch furniture on both levels maybe a swing. The beds were of high Hotel quality very comfortable.The Interior decorator did an excellent job in every room.

Great option for families We LOVED this rental! It was great for 3 families to stay in with 4 kids 4 and under. Close walk to the beach, super quiet road, pool area was AMAZING. The rental had baby gates galore and that meant the world to us with all the stairs!! Would recommend and come back!!

Excellent Great location for beach,restaurants, shopping etc.House was fully stocked with every thing you would need in the kitchen. Pool and hot tub were also excellent.

Thanksgiving Family Holiday This is a lovely property with a great layout in a sweet neighborhood. The central location is convenient to so much that we enjoy. There&#39;s only a peekaboo ocean view, but the beach access is close by. The weather was chilly this week and we spent a good bit of time indoors at the house, so we really enjoyed having the extra family room on the upper level, as well as the game room downstairs. The only reason that I didn&#39;t give a higher rating is that we found several small maintenance issues that I expect will be repaired during the off season.

Family Vacation The house was wonderful. We had our entire family there and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy cozy and it was a short walk to the beach. Couldn&#39;t ask for more. Pool was lovely also. We loved our stay at Zero Tasking and check in and out was so easy and convenient, we will never do it another way. Thank you for sharing your home.

Splendid week; first time staying at Zero Tasking Home is nice. Quick walk to the beach provided easy access. Lots of pool/hot tub and usage of the billiards table for my family. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent We loved our stay at Zero Tasking, even though our vacation was cut short due to inclement weather. The home is in a great location - very close to beach access! The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the tiki bar area and the outdoor speaker system. The elevator was also a plus.

Excellent The only thing I would recommend changing is to have a secure Wifi, other than that the house was great.

Our Stay The home was very nice and comfortable for our family vacation. The elevator was a great benefit to us older vacationers. The only issues we had were trying to sit on the upper front porch with our morning coffee with the sun in your face and with trying to figure out the various TV remotes for each room. All in all, we had a great time in the pool and in the game room. We would book this home again.

Best Place We Have Stayed LOVED the home. It was perfect for our crew. We have been coming to OBX for 7 years and this is the best place we have stayed.
