Live Oaks Cottage TV's seem to only use Roku. Tech came out and got the TV working in the living room. Getting live TV is a process.

5343 Live Oaks Cottage Loved the location, out of a lot of the high traffic area and an easy walk to the beach. House was well equipped, comfortable and across the street from Jockey's Ridge State Park. Recommend it highly.

Beautiful home-spacious and perfect for our family vacation This house has a great open living room/kitchen to allow our entire family to enjoy games, meals and just hanging out together. The pool and hot tub were perfect especially with red flags flying at the beach most of the week. The beach is only a couple short blocks away. Convenient to restaurants and shopping when we wanted to leave the house.

Well appointed, great for family We were a group of 12: 7 adults, 5 kids. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cutlery, and specialty cookware. The hot tub and pool were checked twice during our stay and the staff were very kind. The laundry baskets in each were a nice touch. Plenty of extra pillows. Literally the only thing I would wish for is keyless entry. Everything else was just great for us.

Wonderful Beach House My family group enjoyed staying at this property. Very spacious with nice furnishings. Pool and hot tub perfect. Short walk to the beach. Close to many favorite places. Dunes,Sound,Ocean. Really have no complaints or negative comments. Just enjoyed relaxing with family

Live Oaks Vacation Review Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at Live Oaks. Plenty of space for us all. The house is well stocked with this we needed to cook all meals for the whole week. We only found one thing that was a slight problem and that is the gas grill is old and nothing but flames the entire time we cooked. Our family will definitely book this cottage again.

Very Good We had a great week at Live Oaks Cottage. The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space, well appointed and clean. Private with trees around property. Location was awesome, very short walk to beach and Jockey ridge sand dunes. Kids loved the pool!

Enjoyed Our Stay We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this rental property again! We were appreciative of the baby accommodations and kid friendly house. It's a close walk to the beach and a short driving distance to many places for food and recreation. Thanks for a great week!
