GREAT TIME Had a wonderful time at the Sandfiddler. The weather could have been more cooperative but all and all a great time. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room. Just a few things thou. The dryer vent was not connected so there was dryer lent on the floor, side of dryer and on top of dryer. Looked like it had not been cleaned. Sent in a work request and handle promptly. The front door knob on main entrance, is loose and appears to be coming off.

Great house and service Our views were beautiful, and the accommodations were clean and well-kept. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware and bakeware. Electronic and board games, books, and televisions were provided for our entertainment. We had an issue with the base of the picnic table on the deck, and when I called on Sunday morning, recording said someone would get back within 24 hours. To our surprise, a maintenance worker came by within two hours and repaired it! When I had a question about the gas for the grill, I was given an easy solution. The hot tub was used every day. My husband found it therapeutic for his sore back. So many places were within walking distance or just a short drive. We enjoyed a visit to the Bodie Island lighthouse, the aquarium, and Elizabethan garden in Manteo. We intended to return for the Lost Colony, but we couldn’t fit it in! We discovered a wide variety of restaurants. There were so many miniature golf courses nearby, it was hard to decide which one to go to. We had planned on visiting H2OBX one day, but we had so much fun on the beach, it fell off the itinerary. We can’t wait to return to check out all we didn’t have time for in a jam-packed, fun family holiday.

It was an incredible stay! This house made the perfect home base for all our family adventures! Beds were comfy and the house was spotless!

Family Beach Week The Sandfiddler is a great house for a large family beach trip to Nags Head. It was a great location and had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and nice kitchen. The family also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub!

Stunning house The house was excellent, well stocked for cooking. We had a wonderful time and will keep special memories of our time together forever.

October vacation OBX 2021 Super organized home! We spent long hours on the top deck enjoying magnificent views. We saw dolphins swimming by daily. Location was fantastic in close proximity to restaurants we love and nearby shopping.

Nice Home This home was comfortable and well maintained. Great location and good beach access. Would stay again if it had an elevator.

A wonderful week! We had a fantastic week at The Sandfidler that was made all the more wonderful by this comfortable and well stocked home. We were delighted by the amazingly stocked kitchen (and the Type As in our group really appreciated the labeling throughout the house). We're a family of voracious readers, so the ample lighting in the family room was a plus and one of the main reasons this house made our short list. Beds were firm and comfy, and the linens provided added an extra level of convenience. Beach access was quick and easy via the walkway, and this stretch of beach is wide enough that your chairs and blankets won't get swamped at high tide. Our teens loved the video game console and the grownups appreciated the dedicated ice maker at the bar. The location gave us convenient access to Jockey's Ridge, the outlets, grocery shopping, dining and treats. There was plenty of room for our four vehicles, with room for more if we had utilized the garage area.

Excellent In the 15 years we have come to the OBX we have stayed in 5 different homes and The Sandfiddler is by far the best. The attention to detail and the efforts the owners have gone is why we will continue to rent this property.

Great location and extras This house was perfect for our family. It was so well stocked. Had lots of good kitchen items, beach toys, games and other things. Walking distance to some shops and booty treats

Amazing stay! This was an epic vacation home. The location was amazing. The house had everything you could need and was clearly labled and super organized.We come to OBX every year and this house was by far our favorite. We will definitely be back

Great layout, and central location Sandfidler met all of our needs, and then some. Really liked the central location being close to grocery stores and some of our favorite restaurants. House has a great layout, with all but one bedroom having a private bath. Well stocked inside and out, clean, and everything in good order. Kids particularly enjoyed the arcade game and hot tub. Have been vacationing at the Outer Banks for decades and thought this home may be the best overall value thus far. Resort Realty did a great job with communication and we got our code for the door by early afternoon - thank you!!

Perfect for our family We loved the house, especially the deck overlooking the beach. Lots of space and an especially well-stocked kitchen.

Great place House had everything we needed, house stocked great. Cant find any complaints except it had to end

Fantastic...despite weather interruption Our family absolutely loved the Sandfiddler! We were unfortunately only able to stay 2 1/2 days due to hurricane Dorian, but enjoyed every minute we were there. The location and amenities were fantastic. We were grateful to have the crib, baby gate, extra sand toys, etc for the kids. We are hoping all is well there after the storm and look forward to booking the Sandfiddler again next year.

So pleased with our choice of The Sandfiddler Excellent vacation home. There was an abundance of well organized supplies in the kitchen (plates, bowls, flatware, etc. The couches, chairs and tables were comfortable a spacious. All of the electronics and appliances worked perfectly. Location was terrific (Food Lion, ice cream, tackle, etc. all literally around the corner). Thank you Resort Realty and The Sandfiddler for another great vacation.

Wonderful home! Conveniently located, very clean, and amazingly organized, making cleanup easier. Especially appreciated all that was provided for the baby.

The Sandfiddler Great location and easy access to the beach! Great views of the ocean and excellent well-stocked kitchen! A/C kept entire house ?? cool!
